The concept is great but they require more seasoning. I added garlic salt, but it could use more. The ziplock bag method is good for mixing. And definitely bake longer for a french fry crisp. Also, SERVE IMMEDIATELY - they were a soggy mess the next day.

Very good but I would cook it at 415 for 30 minutes. I think it will make them a little crispy.

I just eyed my spice mixture. A dew tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of garlic powder, some lemon pepper, and a tablespoon of paprika. Put them all in a ziploc, put in one large sliced sweet potato and sealed ziploc bag, shook it all around to cover everything. Poured onto a foil covered cookie sheet and baked at 350 for 40 minutes. Came out soft, sweet and really good and filling!

I love sweet potatoes so it's no surprise that I LOVE this recipe! The thing I really like though, is that it's an easy and healthy "snack"! Perfect! Thank you!

I used a slicer and sliced them thin. Mixed olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. layed them on foil lined (sprayed with PAM) baking sheet, brushed on light coating of mixture and then sprinkled with Seasoning Salt. Baked at 450 for about 20-25 min. Crispy! Yummy!

I think that I cut the potatoes smaller than the original recipe because they were overdone following the directions exactly. I did use chili powder, garlic salt and pepper for seasoning. I'll definitely be making these again as I enjoyed the change of pace.

I thought these were very good and would make them again. I added salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also reheated them the next morning for breakfast by lightly frying them in butter. Very Yummy.

Good Recipe! I used this recipe as a base and added a few other ingredients: a dry rub of cayenne pepper, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

I give this recipe 3 stars because I did several alterations after reading other reviews. I think paprika alone would be too plain so here it what I did... Microwaved 4 sweet potatoes for 5 min Peel & slice into 1/4" slices. Brush lightly with olive oil Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt to a zip bag. Put sliced sweet potatoes in bag & shake. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, broil for 1-2 min. Great alternative to french fries, has a nice sweet & mild flavor.
