Excellent dish, it cooks extremely well in rice cookers! And it doesn't stick, and it cooks much faster. About 20-30 mins. Great as an appetizer when cut into small squares with toothpicks!

My kids don't like this either but I think it's GREAT! I added some feta for "bite". Grease the pan you use too... is this ever sticky!

We were delightfully surprised that it was so un-spinach tasting and light!!!!! We really enjoyed it!! Just make sure that you get moisture on all floured parts!!!

This was really good. I had three helpings and I'm not even a big spinach fan! When cooked it has a nice brown cheesy topping with cooked spinach underrneath. One thing though--in my oven it only needed about 45 minutes, not an hour so be sure to check it early.

I made this for my husband and a friend of ours who has never liked spinach in his adult life. It was a huge hit! And so simple to make. It will become one of our standby favorites.
