Hubby loved this dish. Well, of course I tweaked it to his liking. Used whole grain spaghetti, substituted fresh baby spinach for the onion and added fresh garlic to the meat mixture. I also subbed non fat sour cream for the cottage cheese. mixed all with pasta and baked at 350 for 15 min. Placed pepper jack on top and melted. Sounds like a lot of changes but it wasn't really. I'm sure this will be a regular dish around here. Thanks so much.

This was really great! My husband and 4.5 year old loved it. I used whole wheat spaghetti and ground turkey, and it was very, very good!

This recipe is wonderful! My fiance loves it, and has requested it many times since I first tried it last month. I don't like cottage cheese, so I substituted with sour cream. It keeps the dish moist, without a strong flavor. Very easy to make, and stays great in the fridge for several days. Easy lunch time reheat! Definately one to keep!

The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 is because I think less pasta would have been better...made it more saucy.

My 8 year old daughter was the only one who liked this. I thought it was dry and had no flavor. I will stick to spaghetti the traditional way.

This was yummy. I really liked the cottage cheese in there, even though I didn't think that I would. I used my own sauce and cut down on the butter.

I skipped to Cottage cheese, because i just didn't have any whihc might have been the reason why it was on the dry side, but next time i will use less than a whole box of spaghetti and may be even a thinner kind of pasta and bake it for only 10 minutes uncovered. Also the recipe suggests 1/2 Teaspoon of Seasonned salt, but I suggest a tablespoon, I have to admit I do like my salt. Other than that it was great, EASY, and now i don't have to worry about tomorrow's dinner.

This was great! I used whole wheat spaghetti, omitted the cottage cheese, used shredded Muenster instead of Mozzarella, and added a handful of Italian bread crumbs over the first sauce layer. Delicioso!

This is a really great recipe, my husband and daughter really loved it!!! The only thing I did different was use spicy Italian saugage instead of ground beef, we like a little spice in things. This will be the alternative to regular spaghetti from here on out, thanks.

My family really liked this recipe. I added spicey ground sausage for a little extra flavor. (1/2 Pd. ground beef, 1/2 pd. ground sausage). I made it the night before so I could just pop it in the oven the next day.

I will make this again, it was very good and a nice change from the normal Spaghetti! Made it without meat for my vegetarian daughter but that was the only change I made. Thanks!

I used about half the cottage cheese and I thought it was great. I also took the suggestions of some others and used a little less butter and about a jar and a half of sauce (this turned out to be a little more sauce than I like). It had a great taste, though, and boy did it make a lot!
