We really enjoyed this dish. It was a creative way in using the squash. We'll be making this again. I would, however, use 2 pounds of ground beef next time.

To my surprise this was excellent. I had low expectations when I put it in the oven and even left out a little of the squash thinking I had to much and it wouldn't be flavorful. Oops! I was wrong. My husband didn't even tell me this would be better with sausage like he does with any recipe I use ground beef in.

Really good. Another option to making spaghetti squash other than just butter. Makes a whole meal.

I microwaved the spaghetti squash, as one of the reviewers did, and it turned out well. Be sure to cook the vegies enough - I made the recipe the first time and it was a big hit. I added celery and mushrooms. Someone else here at home made it a couple weeks later, and the garlic wasn't cooked enough, nor was the celery we added. A little too crunchy. So, use a big enough pan and cook everything you add.

This recipe was good. It had a nice fresh flavor. I added mushrooms and doubled the onions. Next time I might try it with sausage. I will make this again. Thanks.

This recipe is outstanding. We bought a couple of spaghetti squash at the farmer's market and this was an excellent way to use it up. I realized I didn't have any stewed tomatoes after I had already started to prepare this dish. In place of them, I added just enough spaghetti sauce to bind it together. My husband loved it and it's sure to be a new family favorite! Thanks for this delicious recipe :-)

I changed a couple of things just because that's what I had on hand. I used italian sauage instead of ground beef, and fresh herb replaced dried. I thought it had too much cheese. I would make this again but with less cheese.

I was given some squash by a friend who said it was spaghetti squash. After baking it I knew it was something different (it was butternut) but I put it together anyway. Wow! What a terrific "accident". It was fantastic. The only change I made was to put this on warm tortillas with the extra cheese. My husband added jalepenos and some hot sauce. He says he'd rather have this than tacos anyday. Thanks!

This was excellent using homegrown spaghetti squash! Instead of using the nutritional info (it seemed high), I figured this out according to my weight watchers points system. This made 8 cups of food and each half cup serving was 4 points...a great meal in my book! Thanks for posting this!

Good recipe. I used 3/4 lb hot Italian sausage, & 3/4 hamburger. Added just an extra kick. I also used crushed tomatos, just because I don't like hot tomato chunks. Everyone in my house enjoyed.

This was such a great way to use spaghetti squash. I added fresh zucchini instead of the peppers because I didn't have any on hand, and also used fresh tomatoes in place of the canned. I also added extra Italian Seasoning and chopped fresh basil. My husband loved this! Will make again and again!

This dish took a long time, but it was quite good. Even my 3 year old ate it! I used a large squash and it took a 9x13 dish to hold it all!

I try to eat low-carb as much as possible, so I've tried a lot of shaghetti squash recipes. This is the only shaghetti squash recipe that I really enjoyed as much as pasta! I'll be making this again and again!

My husband really liked this. I didn't have diced tomatoes so I used crushed and it was really good. I also substituted slices of chicken for the ground beef and my husband noted that the chicken "made the dish."
