My husband and I loved this dish! It is great when you have all the stuff for speghetti, but want something with a little variety. Goes great with garlic breadsticks.

This was such a fun, new and easy way to prepare a simple pasta dish. My college-age son thought it must have taken hours to prepare! This is probably the first time a "new" recipe was liked by everyone in the house.

This is a very tasty meal--my only teeny complaint was that I found the texture to be a little bit 'gummy'. That may be due to the different brand of pasta I used for the first time. I used a combination of mozzarella and medium cheddar cheeses and threw in about half a cup of sliced black olives. It only took two meals for just my husband and I to finish off the whole thing--delicious!

Even though the family said it isn't as good as my normal spaghetti recipe, they thoroughly enjoyed it. I added fresh mushrooms and chopped olives to it. Tasted even better today for lunch!
