This turned out great. I actually made the marinade in the morning, marinated the chops all day and baked for dinner that night. They were very juicy and moist!

I'm giving it 4 stars because I would make it again, and DH loved it, but it's not going to be part of the rotation or anything. :) I made some modifications based on others reviews and I was worried about the saltiness. I used 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup orange juice (1 fresh orange, squeezed), I also used a whole lemon. I marinated for 2 hours and baked it for about 25 minutes as my porkchops were boneless. In the pan, I put some fresh snap peas to bake with the chops (I liked these alot), and served with side-salad. I like this recipe since I have the ingredients on hand, and the chops didn't dry out. Enjoy!

The best tasting pork chop marinade I've discovered yet. When I run out of soy sauce, A-1 sauce will substitute in a pinch. This is the only way I make pork chops now.

This recipe is a definite "keeper!" I used Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce & 3/4" boneless chops. I marinated the meat 2 hours in a food saver vacuum container. Baked the chops in the marinade basting every 10 minutes. The meat was moist, tender & delicious. Served with turnip greens and turnips on the side - a most enjoyable meal!

Good, but too salty. I'll try less soy sauce next time. The marinade did make the meat very tender.

Tried this last night and didn't really care for it. I think we're just not huge on using soy sauce as the base for marinades. Definitely a personal taste thing. I did cut back on the soy as suggested by others, and that helped with the saltiness. Also used low sodium soy sauce.

Way too salty for my taste. I used low-sodium soy sauce and only marinated for 2 hrs. It was very juicy and tender though. Probably will do again though, my husband loved it. He loves salty foods and thought this was great.

We really liked this dish. It was very salty, but that may have been because I halved the meat, but not the marinade. However, the suggested mashed potatoes was a great way to cut the saltiness. I also served it with Broccoli with Lemon Almond Butter (also from allrecipes). My husband and I both really liked this meal, and it is in the permanent collection. thanks for sharing!

Everyone in my family loved this! It was a nice change from the usual "Shake n Bake" and healthier, too. I only marinated the chops for an hour and it tasted like I had marinated them all day.

My husband loved these. They turned out like nice little steaks. I did make a few changes to the marinade. I used 1/4 C soy sauce, 1/8 C orange juice and the juice of 1 1/2 lemons and the zest of one lemon. I kept all the other ingredients the same. Also, I used boneless pork chops, so I only cooked them for 15-20 minutes. Thanks for a good recipe!

These were pretty good. Almost too salty though, and I cut the soy sauce in half (used reduced-sodium soy) and used half the W. sauce too. I liked the lemon and garlic in this though. I used half olive oil/half toasted sesame oil for the veggie oil. The pork remained a little chewy, but I think that's just the nature of pork chops. I baked them in the marinade, and turned them over a few times. The great thing about this recipe was that is was so easy to prepare! It took about 5 minutes to throw together. Served with brown rice and fresh steamed broccoli.

Very good. When I marinated these we had something come up that weekend so I just put them in a freezer bag and popped them in the freezer. They still turned out wonderful. Actually they may have marinated longer that way. Looking forward to making them again.
