I followed the recipe exactly and the chops came out very tasty. I used pork chops from Costco and they were thick so I increased the cooking time 10 minutes.

My family loved it! Marinaded the meat overnight with regular soy sauce and had no problem with a salty taste. I guess we like that. Adjusted the cooking time for the thickness of the chops I used. I will try this on an outdoor grill next time.

These were way too salty. I threw the recipe away after eating dinner.

I also cut the soy sauce in half with water, and grilled instead of baked the chops and they were excellent!

My whole family loved this recipe, even my picky 4 and 8 year olds. I didn't make any significant changes. I used two big spoonfuls of the already minced garlic you get in the produce section. Garlic is such a pain to chop yourself. Also, I used 6 slim boneless chops and olive oil instead of vegetable oil. We didn't think it was too salty.

Very good. I added some onions for flavor. For some reason the pork was dry so I might have to do something different next time.

The best pork chops I have made in my young cooking career. We were planning on having left overs but that didn't happen. They went well with some mashed potatoes and white whine. I took the advice of previous reviewers and used low sodium soy sauce and added some water. It was delicious!

My husband and 2 grown boys really enjoyed these chops and asked how they were done. I thought they were good, but I'm still looking for something with a little more deep browned, roast-like flavour and not quite so salty. We bbq'd them, and they were very tender and juicy.

These were good as a basic recipe, but they need something to give them zip. Will try some other herbs next time and definitely need to marinate at least 6-8 hours or overnight. Thanks!

This was delicious. An excellent and easy recipe. We had it with sauteed apples and mashed potatoes. I marinated the chops for only an hour and I used low sodium tamari sauce.

I used the suggestions of other reviews and used 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1/4 c. water. The flavor was wonderful. I used boneless pork chops and baked them only 20 minutes. I will definately make again.

I hate to say it, but these were awful. Tough, very strange taste (and I love soy). My husband disliked, too. Will never make again.

Wow what a great recipe! Very flavorful! I added a bit more garlic and 5 chops and it was so moist! I did marinate the chops for about 5 hours and flipped the bag over quite a bit so the flavor would be on both sides equal. Yum Yum!!!

This is a keeper receipe. The only change we made was to add the zest of the lemon we used. It added more flavor. Very moist all the way through. We will be making this on again and again.
