This was good, definitely needed to go over rice though. I made it without the breadcrumbs, which might have served the same purpose as the rice.

Pretty fishy for our taste. It might have been the fish department at the store though?

I had the small bay scallops so I dipped each one and then coated with dry mixture. I then poured remaining butter and mixture across 13x9 pan. Baked for 20 min and broiled for 5 min. I made garlic & olive oil noodles with these on top. It tasted just like you would find at a good italian resteraunt. I topped it off with a french baguette drizzled with butter & olive oil. Very pleased.

Very delicious and easy to make. I added a little wine and lemon juice w/the butter to add flavor. I can't wait to try it again w/sea scallops!

I took some tips from other reviewers & cut down on the butter a little bit. I also dredged the scallops in the butter & tossed them in the bread crumbs. At the very end, I broiled for just a minute or so to crisp them up and they turned out fantastic! I served with salad and grilled asparagus and my husband went through the roof! Thanks for a great recipe!

This dish was fantastic! I made this for dinner last night and my hubby and I devoured the scallops. I made the recipe exactly was written with the exception of using Italian Panko Bread Crumbs for the seasoned bread crumbs. This will definitely go in my rotation recipe file. Try it.....

Absolutely wonderful! I left out the onion powder since I didn't have any, and topped off shredded parmesan at the end. Also didn't have dried parsely so I substituted dried oregano. I also took another reviewer's advice and dipped each scallop with butter, then into the bread cumbs mixture, and then placed them into the casserole dish. Leftover butter and bread crumbs were added on top. I served this over a light risotto with peas mixture and it turned out wonderful. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Nice and garlicky! You can easily get away with fewer bread crumbs if you want the scallopy taste to stand out.

Absolutely wonderful recipe - and so easy. I used seasoned italian bread crumbs and it tasted just like a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants - only not as greasy!

Wow-great recipe. I had some frozen bay scallops and some frozen shrimp handy so that is what I used. Cooked exactly as directed and served over linguini with a pesto sauce. It was out of this world! Thanks!

Wow! This was excellent! This was my first time making scallops and they turned out really good. I only had a pound of scallops so I cut the bread crumbs down to 1/3 cup and left everything else the same. I can't wait to make this again!

Super good! Be sure to use the small frozen scallops. My sister used the big ones and hers turned out rubbery. I have made this several times - my husband loves it and so have dinner guests. Very easy to throw together.

The taste was good but the consistency was less than desireable. It was soggy. Could be my error, but husband who likes everything didn't like the texture.
