Absolutely fabulous recipe!! First time ever making scallops, and it was very tasty and easy! The whole family loved it!! Kids included - those over 6 years old of course.

I made this tonight for dinner because I had scallops in the freezer. I thawed them and dried them on lots of paper towels to get out the water. I followed the recipe very closely. Still, they were pretty soggy. The taste was great, Hubby and I both liked them - I will make them again but next time, I think I'll put them in a larger container to give them more room. Maybe the topping will get crispy that way.

Absolutely delicious and super easy! Wish the topping was a little crisper, but I didn't mind it not being. Someone suggested putting in under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp it up. I'm going to try that next time because I will definitely make this again! Yum!

I only had 3/4 lb of scallops so I scaled down as necessary. Very tasty.

This was a big hit! I also added whole mushrooms that I stuffed with spinach sauteed with garlic and a mixture of goat cheese and parmesan cheese. I used a little crushed red pepper for some kick, too, and was glad I did. I just let the mushrooms cook with the scallops and then put it all on a bed of rice pilaf and served with steamed broccoli. So so so yummy, and I'll be making this one again for sure!

I made this recipe using the exact measurements of ingrediets, except that I melted the butter in the oven in a 10" cast iron skillet. Then I combined all the dry ingredients in a food processor and sprinkled them over the top of the scallops and baked the whole thing. It was WONDERFUL!!

Better than any restaurant! I substituted olive oil for butter -- dipped the scallops in the oil, then rolled in the breading mixture -- then put in a "Pam sprayed" 9X13 pan, sprinkled the leftover breading mixture over all the scallops. I did broil them for a few minutes once they were done baking. These were PERFECT! Not at all mushy (I did follow other reviewers' suggestions and blotted the scallops dry first). We will definitely make this again!

Pretty darned good. I used sea scallops and mine were a tad overcooked, likely because of size. I also used fresh parsley. Hubby liked it... and he's hard to please! Even my 6 year old ate them :)

This was good, definitely needed to go over rice though. I made it without the breadcrumbs, which might have served the same purpose as the rice.
