Very good. I liked that the breading didn't over-power the salmon flavor. Left out the salt because we are not big on salt here, and it tasted just fine.

This was delicious! I will definitely be making this again. The Parmesan cheese made the breading mix.

Well, I didn't have a lot of the seasonings listed so I just used less. I did not use Parmesan either. Used Olive Oil like another person did, tons of minced garlic, sea salt, pepper and I had a bag of garlic and butter croutons I crushed up. After cooked I added a lot of lemon juice and it was delicious!!

This dish was very good, I did find there was far too much of the coating and it overpowered the salmon. Next time I will cut it by half.

This recipe was fantastic with a few modifications... I had 1 lb of salmon and was able to cut most of the ingredients down to roughly one quarter and I only used 1/2 cup bread crumbs, about a 1/2 tablespoon of parm, 1 large garlic clove (modifying spice amounts for taste)... Even less salt is fine because parm adds a salty taste. I brushed the salmon lightly with light mayo before adding breading. Replace butter with olive oil as a healthy and also delicious alternative. (Save butter for the bread!) Used fresh parsley. I baked 1 pound of salmon for only 23 minutes - delish!!

This was phenomenal! I changed the recipe to make 2 servings as I am only 1 person. I did not use thyme or rosemary as I did not have any. I added basil and lemon juice though. As for the breadcrumbs, I home made them. Adding parsley, basil, garlic salt, plus pepper. It worked out great. The dish was spectacular! I have not had fish in a long time, and this dish makes me want to eat it every night now! I plan on adding fish back into my list of things to cook.

This was SOOOO GOOD. I changed up the topping a lil'. I used saltine cracker in place of the bread crumbs. And I added some Pace Salsa Verde to it. I marinated the fish for about 2 hrs in a mix of Lowrey's Lemon Pepper marinade & Italian dressing. The topping came out like a paste. To i totally covered the fish. This was just the ticket! Made it just a lil' spicey. But not overly so. My guests were all very pleased. Even my PICKY 17 y/o daughter loved it. So, Its a keeper!
