Excellent. I used half of the recommended salt & only 1 TBS oil & baked it in a dish with foil covering as others recommended. I also added some small diced Roma tomatoes. My fish was just done in 25 min & let sit to come to temp. I prefer it not over cooked. Definitely will eat again as part of a low GI diet!

YUMMY! I liked it as is, but liked it even more when I reduced the oil to 4 tablespoons, I used thin fillets, and baked for 15-20 min at 400 in the marinade. I added some chopped green onion and blanketed the salmon with lemon slices...I think these changes sent it over the edge of good to great.

Totally awesome. This is our first and last recipe for salmon. I took the suggestion to use grape seed oil but that was the only change.

I made my salmon this way twice so far, it is really good! My whole family loves it this way, lots of flavour but it still tastes like salmon

Delicious! Not only was this recipe easy to prepare, but my husband and picky 16 year old son both loved it. I added this dish to my recipe box, and have prepared it several times now. Excellent recipe!

Absolutely delicious! I cut back on the olive oil and salt because it seemed like a bit much, and I'm glad I did. I will be making this again!!

This is AMAZING!! I'm not a real fish person and I couldn't stop eating it. Hard to believe, considering the ingredients are so run of the mill. Making this again tonight. Thanks for the recipe!
