This was amazing! it was so easy, and I was able to use ingredients I already had in the house. The flavor was so good! We've always grilled salmon, and I was afraid to try baking it. But this was just as good if not better. I used the recipe exactly as is except I didn't have fresh parsley to sprinkle on top. I bought a bag of Kirkland brand sockey salmon filets at Costco, so this will definitely be a regular addition to our dinner plans.

This was an extremely easy marinade, could be used on shrimp, or chicken also.

Try just 1 teaspoon of pepper and salt, even if the salmon amount is larger. Last time put 3 teaspoons of pepper and salt and the salt stayed at the bottom and the pepper, I had to scrap off. Marinating the salmon is key, cooked for 10 min, flip additional 5 and turn off the oven. Very soft fish

This recipe is wonderful! I have made it twice now, I have not even used the tin foil. I just marinate it in the dish and cover it with tinfoil and bake it just like that! It is the same as taking it out and putting it in tinfoil and pouring the marinade in there! Save the hassle of the foil and it turns out delicious every time!

I adjusted this recipe a bit to cut down on some of the calories. I only use 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then the juice of one lemon. I then double the parsley and basil. When you mix it all together it makes more of a rub that you press onto the salmon. This has become a real family favorite!

This was an excellent salmon recipe. I didn't have time to marinate it so I just soaked it and then baked it. Still had an excellent flavor.

Like some other reviewers, I am trying to get my family to eat healthier and I have added more fish to my monthly menu rotation. This was delicious. It makes a beautiful presentation and was very flavorful. I removed the skin from the fillets as recommended by another reviewer and followed the recipe exactly. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because it was too oily for our taste. This recipe is a keeper but next time I make it, I'm reducing the olive oil.

Awesome! I baked at 350 for about 35 minutes as I had a side dish already baking at that temp. Also, I didn't have a lemon so I omitted the pepper and sprinkled everything with lemon pepper.

This is the one and only main dish my entire family can agree on. It is great even for fussy eaters. It is also very easy, and is great to serve to guests - it is very impressive looking to them. Its appearance and taste makes it seem to them like I'm some gourmet cook. I've made this one many times and have never had anyone that wasn't looking for seconds.

Easy dish and so tasty. I followed the recipe except I just baked in an open glass dish in a 375 oven for 22 minutes. My husband loved it. I also didn't have any parsley so left it off. It was delicious!

I made this recipe for my mother (new to a restricted sodium diabetic diet), who is missing her salt. I followed it exactly with the 3 following exceptions: 1. I used no salt at all 2: I cut the olive oil to 3 tablespoons (re: comments in other reviews) 3. I marinated the salmon for 3 hours (see above). I cooked it at 375 for 30 minutes - next time if I marinate that long, I will check it at 20 minutes. We both loved it and neither of us felt it needed any additional seasoning. This was easy and while salmon has been one of my lesser favorite fish, I certainly will fix this many times again. Thanks, LADYBLADE.
