This was really good - only change I made was 1/2 butter 1/2 olive oil and I added more spices than the recipe called for. Also, used boneless salmon and put in the dish and then covered with aluminum foil. We'll definitely try again!

I made this dish for my boyfriend for our first Valentines together and I am soooo glad that I did. This was an excellent dish. It had so much flavor to it and he raved about it for days. I guess that had nothing to do with him asking me to marry him that night. :)

We loved this recipe! I only used half of the olive oil, and will use even less next time.

This was pretty good, super easy too. The second time I made it, I made a few changes, swapped out butter for the olive oil and used a little more lemon.

Really good but WAY too salty. I cut the salt in half the next time and was perfect.

We were very disappointed. I was actually forcing myself to eat it at dinner tonight. Not sure if we just have different tastes or what, but I will not be making this again. Sorry.

WOW! This was fantastic. One major change - I didn't use this as a marinade due to time constraints, but it still tasted amazing. I used three garlic cloves (personal preference) and only 3 Tbsp of olive oil. Before wrapping the salmon in foil, I put a few slices of onion on top.

Great recipe; I too lowered the amount of olive oil, probably to about 4 Tbs. This was my first time making salmon because my husband isn't a fan of seafood (what is wrong with him?!). However, he was recently diagnosed with a vitamin b12 deficiency so we decided it was time for him to start eating fish. He actually really liked it! As he said "it tastes like generic fish instead of fishy fish." There is no 'fishiness', however I followed the advice of another reviewer and cut off the skin prior to marinading and baking. Thanks for a great recipe.

This recipe is very good and very easy. I just place the salmon in tin foil, throw all the ingredients on top, wrap it up, and cook on the George Foreman until its done. One of my favorite ways to make salmon.

Wonderful recipe!! I had never made fish before in my life, and I was so happy with how this salmon turned out. I actually made 3 filets instead of 2, so the 6 tbsps of olive oil was perfect, and not too much. I followed the recipe exactly and the salmon was juicy and delicious. Will definitely make again!

This was amazing! it was so easy, and I was able to use ingredients I already had in the house. The flavor was so good! We've always grilled salmon, and I was afraid to try baking it. But this was just as good if not better. I used the recipe exactly as is except I didn't have fresh parsley to sprinkle on top. I bought a bag of Kirkland brand sockey salmon filets at Costco, so this will definitely be a regular addition to our dinner plans.
