I have been looking for a "good" baked salmon recipe for a long time and this one tops it all. Must try...

Very good recipe! Very tasty! I did reduce the amount of oil though. Used two tablespoons. Will definitely use again!

This was the best salmon recipe I have found so far! So yummy! It definitely did not need all of the oil. A couple of tablespoons was perfect. Thanks for the recipe!

I appericate this recipe and another one I found on this site with the idea of cooking in foil. Not being a fan of salmon (except smoked and with a beer) this recipe makes my weekly salmon dinner okay to deal with. Do cut the oil to 4 TBLS., everything else the same

Great recipe! I made this last night using four 4-oz fillets. I checked them at 35 min but put them back in for 5 more. I think I could've taken them out at 35 though. The salmon was very moist and juicy. Next time I will take them out at 35 min so they aren't as chewy. In the marinade I didn't measure the olive oil, just used my best judgment. My boyfriend liked this recipe and I will make it again!

Super easy- followed the advice from previous reviews adn it came out great. I would have liked to have a bit more liquid to go with my rice so next time i'll add a little extra lemon juice. Tip with the lemon juice- microwave your halved lemon (i used fresh) for 10-15 seconds and the juicing is much easier.

I don't like fish, but my husband does. I don't even know how to cook fish. The few times I've tried it hasn't been very good. So I made this dish & my husband raved about it. I ate some of it too! This was very easy to make. I took some other people's suggestions & reduced the oil to 2 tbs. and the salt and pepper to 1/2 tsp.

I dusted the fish with a few pinches of Old Bay seafood rub just before adding the marinade and sealing up the foil. When i opened it up it was just glistening and golden.

This was delicious! I used 3 tablespoons of olive oil rather than 6 and no salt at all. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly as it was written and will make it again. I served it with roasted asparagus and white rice simmered with fresh lemon thyme.

Very good!I used only 2 tbsp. olive oil and used freshly squeezed lime juice instead of the lemon juice. I also thinly sliced some limes and placed them on the salmon. The salmon was very moist and did not dry out.

Delicious! I'm quite pleased with how this turned out. Honestly you could use less olive oil though as in the end I had a ton of it left over. I'd make it again!

I wasn't sure if i'd like this or not, because I'm not a big fan of basil - but this actually was fantastic. I lowered the olive oil, upped the garlic (considerably), used sea salt & lowered that as well. Next time I'll decrease the basil as well (it wasn't overpowering by any means, but it masked the garlic flavor a bit too much). I marinated it for about 6hrs, baked in my toaster oven and it was super delish! I tend to fly by the seat of my pants while cooking, and I adapt recipes a lot to my own liking .... but really, you can't go wrong w/this recipe. Everyone scarfed - and I wish I would have made more :) On another note, I made wild rice as one of the sides .... ugh, *I* found it foul!! Growing up w/mostly white rice, I'm not surprised ... but if someone has a tip/trick to make that stuff not so nasty, I'd appreciate it. Maybe a good way to season it up, or a specific brand they like - feel free to pass along some input. XOXO

It was simply amazing. It was gone so quickly that I didn't even have time to take a picture. We will try to contain ourselves next time :P Guided by previous reviews I halved the olive oil, reduced the amount of salt and added a tiny bit more lemon juice. It was divine: juicy and flavourful. I am considering making this for my sweetheart on her birthday :) Thank you for such a superb recipe!

This is a simple, never fail recipe! I have used this for a variety of fish (cod, tilapia, etc) and messed with the ingredients - lemon/pepper, parmesan/garlic - and it turns out perfectly every time. Thank you for such a great recipe!
