Made this last night. It was incredibly easy to put the marinade together. I flipped it every quarter hour or so during the hour-long marinading process, so it got completely coated, and then baked it for 40 minutes. When I opened the tin foil to remove the fish, I actually had to use a wide spatula, because the fish kept trying to fall apart, it was that moist! And the taste was amazing too!

Really nice recipe just not quite 5 star for us. Followed others' suggestions and cut down oil.

Really good! So easy. I did not reduce the amount of oil-but when I put the Salmon in the tin foil I did not put all the oil in. I will make this again!

Excellent dish!!! Absolutely need to reduce the amount of oil, however. One look at the nutrition info and this should be painfully obvious, which I wish I had done before I prepared it with the recommended 6 tbsp of oil (and paid the price later.) I doubled the garlic and added some crushed red pepper, and served with asparagus. I used a fresh Atlantic salmon and it was phenomenal, easily some of the best fish my girlfriend or I had ever eaten.

Holy Cow, was this a great recipe!!! I played pretty loose with the specifics per other reviewers suggestions, but it was the easiest and yummiest dinner I have made in... well, maybe forever! I upped the garlic a little, reduced the oil to approx 2 TBSP, upped the Lemon Juice to 4-6 TBSP (just poured until it looked right), added dill and broiled it for about 8 min per side, turning and flipping frequently to prevent burning. Then, as suggested I took what was left of the sauce in the glass pan and added it to brown rice and served the Salmon on that. Magnificent!!! I will definitely be making this again soon, and for company!!!

My 11 year old son said this is the best salmon he ever had and he loves salmon!! The flavor was very good. I used a whole frozen salmon fillet and it came out with a nice firm texture. I will use this marinade again.

My husband typically is the one who preps & grills the salmon, but I wanted to try something different from the usual coating fish in butter and seasoning salt. I decreased the oil and used fresh dill instead of parsley (didn't have any) and it turned out great! Even my husband raved about it! Definately give this a try.

Very excellent recipe! I added a dash of rosemary to the marinade as well, then served over brown rice. The marinade tasted very good on it.

Fantastic dish!!! I really loved it. I marinated mine the night before and it retained an excellent flavor. Baking it in the tin foil helps to keep it moist. Really, really delicious. Will use this recipe from now on.

This was a good although a tad bland. I used only 1.5 T. of oil and upped the lemon juice to 2 T. I also added a shake of dill.

Absolutely love this recipe! It makes me not even want to try others. I added lemon zest so the lemon flavor really sticks. Also, instead of just dried basil, I used an Italian Spices mix.

Delicious!!! I just finished baking this along with Maui Maui and it came out just right!!! I marinaded it in some Teriyaki & Ginger Marinade I got from BJ's wholesale and added some Salmon Seasoning after baking and it hit the spot. This will help me lose my 20 lbs. Thanks for sharing!!!

Delish! I added a lot of butter and dill to the mixture and melted it. Then I baked the salmon on a cookie sheet and occasionally basted it with the butter. Loved it!
