This was excellent! I like many others reduced the oil and added more garlic (I love garlic), it was soo good. I ate it over a bed of white rice and a nice side mediteranean salad.

I served this to guests the first time I ever made it--they eat sugar-free only and they loved it. It was easy, delicious and even my fussy husband asked for seconds.

Yum! Good marinade but doesn't over power the fish. Used the butter, extra lemon juice, and dill weed suggestions.

Yummy! I did have to pour out some of the oil after marinating, if was a bit too much to bake it in. I used a whole 1.75 lb. salmon filet and used the ingredients for 4 servings, and there was plenty of marinade. Covered baking dish with foil.

I doubled this recipe and it was easy. I used less olive oil than called for and added 1 more clove of garlic. My husband said that this recipe is a keeper. Delicious!

I just aquired a taste for salmon not too long ago. I tried this recipe for the first time tonight and loved it! My husband as well as our one and two year old kids loved it as well. Great recipe!

This was really delicious although I don't think it needs to be cooked for that long, I guess it depends on your personal taste. Also I did what some of the other reviewers did and just put the salmon in a baking dish and tightly wraped with foil. As far as the ingredients are concerned I just put in what I think is appropriate, what feels right. Combining corriander with the parsley is nice too. I'm going to make it again tonight as I got some nice fresh salmon this morning at the Gleadle Street market in Richmond, Melbourne, Australia. It goes really well with mashed potato and green beens. Make sure you save the juice out of the baking dish to pour over salmon and especially the mashed potato. Bon Apetit.

The salmon was wonderfully moist. My boyfriend and I used 4 tbsp of olive oil instead of 6 and it was just enough. My boyfriend gave it a 4.5, I gave it a 4 because although it was very moist, I didn't think it had any really special flavor to it. I'll definitely make this again, it's a great salmon recipe but next time I'll play with the ingredients a little more to give it more flavor and maybe a little bit of a kick.

I have been making this dish for about a year before joining the site as a member today. This is such an easy way to prepare salmon - and it is absolutely DELICIOUS! I made the recipe exactly how it instructed and have not a single complaint! Very elegant to the eye as well.

This is an easy, tasty, and healthy recipe for salmon. I left out the parsley because I didn't have any on hand and marinated the salmon overnight. It came out tender and moist; the flavor was delicious but not overpowering.

YUM YUM YUM! My salmon came out perfect! Moist and delicious. I added a lot more garlic and a put in a few more dashes of lemon juices. I didn't have fresh basil but used dried, and it still came out perfect. Also, added a bit more pepper to the mix. I wrapped the entire salmon filet in a foil "bag" and it came out perfect. My bf is super picky and he loved this dish! Can't wait to make it again.

It's very easy to prepare and tastes good so I have made this so many times over the past years (probably more than 5 years)that I don't even remember. But over the years, I learned to adjust to the following: use 50% of the salt, double the garlic (we love garlic) and use 2 Table spoons of olive oil. I also serve this over rice. Families and friends like it.

Maybe it'll be better if I marinate instead of just throwing it in the oven... otherwise, it's just ok.
