make sure you don't add too much dijon because it can really overpower the fish.

For five months all my boyfriend thought I could cook was chicken. I made this the other night and he was so impressed. This is so easy and turns out fantastic. I did do as many of the reviews suggested and added honey. We both loved it and will be having it again. Thank you so much.

This is a quick, easy, and delicious way to have baked salmon. I make it even easier - I don't measure out the dijon mustard or the bread crumbs - I just squirt some mustard on and spread it with my fingers, then shake some bread crumbs over it. Also - I tried drizzling melted butter on the first time I made it, and it basically ran off the salmon and pooled on the tray. The next time, I used Smart Balance butter spray and sprayed the top of the bread crumbs, it seemed to stick much better. Great easy recipe, thanks!!

This salmon was great - it was my first attempt at fish, and it was easy! Didn't taste very fishy, and the breading was perfectly flavorful. I'm sure it helped to be buying fresh salmon and living so close to the water, but this was absolutely great!

This was ok, but I've made something like this before. However, add some honey to country style dijon mustard, bread crumbs, and pecans. Much better that way.

This didn't turn out very well. The "thin layer of dijon" can't be stressed enough. I think I layed it on too thickly. The bread crumb topping never got crunchy, and the fish that didn't have any dijon on it was bland. I have other salmon recipes I like better, so I probably won't try this one again
