Delicious! I used the dijon called for in the recipe, but I substituted panko breadcrumbs and a spray of olive oil on top because that's what I had in the pantry. This was yummy and so easy!

Easiest salmon recipe I've seen and didn't disappoint in the flavor department. I didn't have dijon so I used 1/2 honey mustard and 1/2 spicy brown mustard. Omitted the butter and drizzled a small amount of olive oil over the top and after baking time, popped it under the broiler to get a nice crust on top. Really good, thanks for sharing!

This was great. We don't eat a lot of fish, but in trying to be healthier, I tried this with a filet of salmon. I was out of dijon and used whole-grain mustard instead. I put about a teaspoon of Creole Seasoning (from this site), then the mustard, then breadcrumbs and melted butter. As per previous reviewers I broiled for 2 mins at the end of the 15-min cooking time to brown the top. My 9yr old daughter liked it but my pickier 7yr old son didn't. Hubby loved it; will keep in our recipe box and make again. Thanks for posting!

Yum! So easy and delicious. I added a little parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs, and I think it made it even better.

My husband adores salmon and I am always looking for new ways to prepare it. He absolutely loved this dish, I prepared it pretty much as the recipe called using a little less dijon mustard. Neither of us found it overpowering.

I wasn't too big on this dish, but my husband liked it. I followed the recipe all except for the lemon on top. Thanks.

Yummy!! The Dijon mustard has a very Different taste, but good. I baked the Salmon again with mayo instead of mustard and no butter and very little bread crumbs. I added a little dill and a little garlic powder along with the salt and pepper. Serve this with wild rice---It is delicious!

YUM!!! This was very easy to make and so good. The Dijon taste was just right. I used less butter and next time I think I will try butter spray to cut calories, but it is great the way it is.

This had a nice crusty top and a good flavor, dijon mustard would be better than plain yellow.

I didn't measure anything and used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. It was really good! Even my 1.5 year old liked it.

Excellent recipe. To distribute the butter evenly on each fillet, I drizzled the butter on then smoothed it evenly with the back of a spoon. I broiled, rather than baked, the salmon which rendered the buttered breadcrumb topping as a nice golden crust. I followed other reviewers' suggestions of cutting the dijon with honey but I'm not sure it was necessary as the dijon flavor was very mild. Next time I'll try it without honey.

Delicious and so easy. Make sure to use foil so that clean up is easy. I put salt, pepper and garlic powder on the salmon before putting the mustard on it. I put 3 tbls of dijon mustard and 2 tbls of honey in a zip lock bag and coated the fish that way. I topped the filets with panko japanese breadcrumbs mixed with dried parseley and drizzeled margarine over the top. Keep an eye on the salmon because it can cook fast and overcooked salmon is NOT good.

Another good recipe from Christine Johnson! My Dijon-hating husband loved this- hahaha!!! (he'll never know) Healthy & tasty. Check at 15 minutes- I did 20 & may have overcooked it some. If you carefully spoon your butter over the crumbs, it works. Oh- I also didn't measure the Dijon- just spooned a little on each fillet & spread thinly.
