Perfect! We added more bread crumbs.

This is pretty darn good. I used extra dijon cause I like things moist and spicy. I also used someone's advice and melted the butter and Panko (Oh yah, I used Panko instead of bread crumbs) to top the salmon instead of drizzling the butter later. Since I don't measure I'm pretty sure I used extra topping. All in all - DELICIOUS!

Pretty good. I skipped the butter to save calories and omitted the salt. Still turned out pretty good. I served it w/ rice pilaf and steamed asparagus. This will be one of my go-to recipes for those busy week nights. Thanks!

Very yummy and added some uniqueness to plain salmon. I used different mustards on each piece---the honey mustard won over the yellow mustard, and the horseradish mustard was not so good. I'd recommend trying the honey mustard!

It was okay, in my opinion. I have a favorite salmon recipe, which I didn't have time to marinate, so thought I would try this one out. I won't be making this again...it was just so, so.

Extremely easy and very delicious. I love mustard, and it keeps the salmon really moist. Plus, if you use tinfoil in the pan, there is absolutely no cleanup!

This was better than the salmon I pay big bucks for at a local restaurant. I will no longer be ordering salmon there when this is right at my fingertips and takes less time than even driving to the restaurant.

Very yummy...I thought I had bread crumbs but didn't, so I substituted with crushed triscuits. Awesome! Both my hubby and I were very pleased.

This was really good! My husband and I both really liked it and my husband thinks that he doesn't like salmon! Definitely a keeper and also guest-worthy!! I baked the fish for 15 minutes and then stuck it under the broiler for a minute to crisp the bread crumbs. Delicious!

Quick, limited ingredients, nice texture, would of actually preferred more mustard and crumbs, and kept most of the recipe as it was except I used honey mustard. I guestimated on the ingredients, just globbed it on really, and was surprised because I didn't think it was going to work. Deserves a 4.5 really, but I know there is probably better out there.

This was pretty darn tasty, and easy too! The breadcrumbs crisped up nicely, and the dijon added just enough flavor without overpowering it completely. I had this with Dijon Tartar Sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime over the top. That's just a personal thing, and the recipe stands alone. I think the next time I make it, I will make extra so I can have leftovers for salads. Thanks!

Simple, fast, and easy! Next time, I will half the amount of bread-crumbs due to a slight texture issue.

this recipe was really not that impressive to me, although i was hoping for more. i used a creole mustard that i often serve with fried fish as a dipping sauce, but the combination of mustard with bread crumbs was kind of unpleasant. i like fish with mustard sauce, and i like breaded fish, but the two together just didn't work out well for me.

Made this tonight, wasn't too keen on the flavour with the salmon but I think this would be delicious over something like chicken or pork. Great marinade, not so good with the fish.

Very good, and simple! The only thing I didn't like is that my topping came out a little soft...next time I will put it under the broiler for a minute to make it a little more crunchy.
