This was ok, but I've made something like this before. However, add some honey to country style dijon mustard, bread crumbs, and pecans. Much better that way.

This didn't turn out very well. The "thin layer of dijon" can't be stressed enough. I think I layed it on too thickly. The bread crumb topping never got crunchy, and the fish that didn't have any dijon on it was bland. I have other salmon recipes I like better, so I probably won't try this one again

This was pretty good! My boys really liked it...I thought it was somewhat bland, but I ate it all! Also, FYI I didn't line my pan w/ foil, I just sprayed it with cooking oil and it worked just fine.

Love the change of pace for the Dijon Salmon. Even my non-fish eating husband liked it. Excellent change from the standard butter, dill and lemon.

I didn't particularly care for this, but my husband raved about it, so I didn't know exactly how to rate it. After seeing all the other great reviews, I will chalk my own unimpressed experience up to the cut of fish and give it another chance. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 3.

I loved this recipe!! I did not find the mustard over-powering what-so-ever. I did however add a little honey. Quick, easy, and delicious. A++++ recipe!!

I had never made fish before but this recipe was very easy. I might have used too much dijon, but we liked the flavor. Will make again :)

I used this recipe twice now and both parties were blown away! This is definately my leading recipe right now. Its so easy, quick, and different than most Salmon recipes. I served it with a simple angel hair with garlic and butter sauce as well as aspaugus. Yum!

I bought a big salmon fillet on a whim and needed a recipe for it. I decided on this one because I had all of the ingredients on hand. This was DELICIOUS. My 7 year old daughter loved it! I'll be making this again!
