These were so good! I loved the seasoning on the outside of the skins I did microwave the potatoes before cooking and did as others did and coated the bottom first then flipped and coated the inside. They were perfect!!

I made these exactly as Trish's recipe showed and they were GREAT. All right, I did use Hormel's real bacon bits instead of frying up bacon but other than that I used the recipe without making lots of changes. They great part is I made it up to taking the skins out of the oven and putting them on paper towels and then I didn't need to finish them by adding the cheese and bacon for a few hours. When it was time, I just popped them in the oven for about 10 minutes and voila. I must say that there is no shame in baking potatoes in the microwave. As long as you crisp up the skins in the oven at 475 for about 5 minutes you really cannot tell the difference. I always do it.

These were easy and good. I found out after baking the potatoes that I did not have green onions which would have made these even better. I used cheese, tomatoes, bacon and sour cream. The shells were good and crispy with great taste!

Wow - Delicious! These really are just like you get at a restaurant/bar. I used 4 large red skin potatoes and followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. I'll absolutely make these again - especially for football Saturdays.

THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Better than restaurants....I love to use the scooped out potato to mix with sourcream and cheddar cheese and put some back onto the potato....like twice stuffed potatos - yumm!

I made these for "Football Sunday" and paired them with wings. They were awesome!!! Everyone LOVED them and agreed that they were the best potato skins they had ever had! The oil brushed on the skins, makes ALL the difference! They are so crispy, that you would think they were fried! Definately a keeper! Thanks for the excellent recipe!!!!

These rock! I can't remember the last time I had potato skins. I didn't use the oil, just sprayed with PAM. Even my picky DS liked them. I will make again.
