I can't believe I ever bought frozen ones...we will never be doing that again. These were a huge hit at our house...and the bonus was they were easy to make.

YUM! Better taste than restaurant skins. I first took 4 small raw potatoes, poked them with a knife and microwaved them for 11 minutes instead of baking them beforehand. I followed this rest of the recipe and they were awesome! You could not even tell they were microwaved. Great flavor!!

My husband said these were better than any we have had in a restaurant. I doubled the recipe since I had lots of potatoes and followed everything else. Delicious!

These turned out okay for me. Not sure where I went wrong. Maybe I erred too much on the side of caution and left too much potato in the skin? I might try them again.

I triple the batch for 5 people and they were all gone! I used half olive oil & half butter and only doubled this amount. I think even less could be used. This was VERY GOOD, a new way to make potato's!

I had some left over taco meat and put it in the potato shells then added the cheese before putting in the oven the 2nd time. It is wonderful!!!!!!!

I recently had a party and made a platter of these. They were gone by the time I turned around. I made them as directed except used bacon grease to brush the skins. They were pretty as a picture, bad for the waist, but oh so good to the mouth!

Yumm! My husband, kids and I loved this! It came out very good, but I did use less oil than called for at the advice of others. They were just like in the restaurant, but a lot cheaper! I will definitely be making these again!

Always a crowd-pleaser. I always cook the potatoes in the microwave before scooping them. (Pierce all over with fork. 5 minutes on high, turn over, 5 more minutes on high.)
