This recipe came out finger licking good. Definitely the Best chops ever. I did make a few adjustments because I did not want to run out to the grocery store, I just used what I had in my pantry. Used an assorted pack of pork lion, used 1 can of cream of chicken instead, sauteed mushrooms and onions and added them to the soup mixture, used seasoned batter instead of flour, used garlic and herb bread crumbs instead, used 2/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup of white wine. I fried the chops first for 5 minutes, drain them, then place the chops in a baking dish, added the soup mixture, cover it with foil, then baked it all at one time for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. They came out moist and tender. Melt in your mouth. My husband and kids loved it.
