I am a horrible cook, and my husband agrees, lol! I decided to give these a try since they don't seem that hard. I left out the wine and doubled the milk and condensed soup. Unfortunately I used way to much season salt and it was basically like licking a salt block...eewww! I will try this recipe again, but next time I will leave out the season salt and try a different mixture. They smelled awfully good, and looked good too. Try, try again, right!

Not a big fan of pork, but gave this a four because if i have to eat it, this is the way to go! Followed the recipe only adding a little extra wine as suggested by many. Since we were serving eight we bumped it up to 1 cup. Also made the cream of mushroom soup instead of using canned.

I thought it was basically baked meat with soup poured on. Not the greatest.

Love it! Added a small jar of capers to the baking process for some subtle zing and visual appeal.

I just made this recipe tonight and it was awesome-very easy to make, the gravy was awesome over stuffing-I would recommend not using seasoning salt alot, because I'm not a fan of salt-try replacing with onion powder-the pork chops were so tender and juicy-will definately make it again-Thanks!

Very good pork chop recipe. In the past, my pork chops have always been dry and tasteless, but not anymore. These were moist, tender, and delicious. All my children (except my #1 most picky eater) loved them too.

This recipe is the bomb! The first time I prepared this I was pressed for time so I raised the heat to 425 degrees and baked the pork chops for 25 minutes, added the gravy mix and bake for another 20 minutes. It was delicous! The next night, due to requests for more, I followed the baking heat and times exactly as directed in the recipe and it was absolutely to bomb! The pork chops were so tender, I ate it with a spoon!

I have made this twice for my family and they raved over this dish both times! I used 1/2 cup of white wine instead of 1/3 cup. Other than that I kept everything the same. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe is divine!!! For those who don't like the idea of using canned soup - you can just make your own mushroom roux by mixing equal parts butter and flour (2TBS butter & 2TBS flour) to a sauce pan over med-low heat with a whisk and then whisking in some milk or cream (1/2 cup to a cup depending on how thin/thick you want your sauce) and a can of button mushrooms. If you want less salt, use unsalted butter :) I thought this recipe was amazing and because I'm a big fan of wine I threw in some extra :)

awesome. i cut my cops in half, so i only baked them for 45 minutes without the gravy, and 30 minutes with the gravy. i could have only cooked them for 1hr in the oven. but the recipe was a hit.

I saw the rating on this one and though t this would be great to try..... my husband took one bite and looked at me with those eyes that said"please dont make me eat this." I then tasted it and grabbed hold of his dish told him he didnt have to eat it and then I stuck a frozen dinner in the oven. This was truly not good.... too much wine and the mushroom soup made it very salty.

This was a great recipe, thought it took a really long time to make. I think I could have left out the breading part and still had roughly the same results. My husband and sis-n-law loved it though! The wine sauce was nicely rich and comforting but i may leave out some of the mushrooms next time, as they were a little potent for me.

DELICIOUS!!!! I made it overall like the recipe stated. The wine that I used was pinot grigio and I added a little extra because of reading other reviews. I also added the milk, one can of cream of mushroom, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. I made the sauce mixture on the stove at low heat, so I could have sauce to pour on top at the end of baking. I only baked it for 35 minutes covered and then poured the mixture on top and recovered it for another 30 minutes. This is not a quick recipe so be prepared to be in the kitchen for a while.

This is by far the most delicious way to eat pork chops I've ever come across. Easy to cook too. I cut the baking time in half, since I had thinner cuts of meat, and substituted vermouth for the wine. Delicious!!!!

Very yummy. Would definitely make these again. I followed the suggestion of combining the sauce ingredients and cooking them a little before adding to pork chops and it turned out great.
