Excellent and relatively easy. I did these on top of the stove and cooked very slowly. I did add a clove of crushed garlic and used chicken broth instead of milk. Thanks for the post.

I was supposed to make this recipe, but didn't end up with time so my husband had to make these...Usually I do all the cooking. He followed this recipe exactly to the letter, sent me a pix message to tell me they looked..."interesting" Then a message followed saying they were AWESOME!! and that our 3 year old (picky, picky) LOVED them too!! This recipe gets 5+ stars for that!!

This was absolutely fabulous...I pretty much followed the recipe except for doubling the sauce(we like lots!)--it was great there were no leftovers--for those who don't drink wine--the alcohol cooks off using just the flavor of the wine..you're really missing out if you don't use the wine..it's good w/o it but absolutely divine with the flavor of it!

Great recipe. Very flavorful and pork chops stayed juicy. I used butterfly pork chops and yielded for 2 people. I used chardonnay and it was fine also. 1.5 hours seemed very long in the oven, especially when you don’t get home from work and start cooking until 6 pm. I cut first oven time to 40 mins and then 20 mins with the cream of mushroom sauce and it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely try again!

My kiddo and I loved these! I didn't have cream of chicken so I used cheddar cheese soup and it came out delicious! I'm making these again! :)

Great Flavor and moist!!! I was not patient enough to wait an hour to add the mushroom sauce so I added after 30 minutes. Not sure if it would have turned out any different but either way...it was delicious!

These were great. My husband always talked about the p.c. his mom made and described something similar, I found this recipe and gave it go. After the first bite he said it sent him back, but that it was way better than his moms. (but not to tell her! ;-)

Deliscious. I was worried that after pan frying, baking for 90 minutes would dry it out, but I let it bake the entire time and it was tender and juicy (you could cut it with a fork). I added some fresh mushrooms and dijon mustard to the sauce for some tang. It was great.

FANTASTIC! Followed the recipe exactly. Have made it numerous times. The only time it didn't turn out perfect was when I bought super thick pork chops (couldn't tell in the packaging.) Just had to cook longer so dried them out a bit. I have made this for numerous house/dinner guests and get asked for the recipe every time.

It was easy and good just not great. I was disappointed. The family liked it but I have other recipes I like a lot better. The gravy was good and I may try this again with chicken. I would pound the breasts so they are even thickness.

Yum! These were really good and REALLY easy! We served them with mashed potatos and steamed spinach. I would give this 5 stars but I was not loving the gravy. It was missing something- we did add 2 cups chopped mushrooms and a whole sauteed onion, however it was still pretty sweet. I think next time I will omit the white wine and add some broth. We will definitely eat them again.

So easy, and surprisingly good! I didn't think that they would be THIS amazing, but they really are. They were so tender that I didn't even need a knife to cut into them. Only thing I would change is add a splash more wine and maybe double the sauce since I like it on my rice as well. Love easy, delicious recipes! I will make this at least three times a month!

We enjoyed this recipe, I followed the recipe except I made the sauce on the side and drizzled it over the pork chops right before serving. My son loved the pork chop it was so tender and asked if we could have these instead of chicken all the time.
