Excellent recipe. Hubby doesn't like mushrooms, replaced with Cream of Celery, very tasty. Thank you for this delicious dish :)

This was by far the best recipe I have found for cooking pork chops I rarely make them because they end up dry and all wrong, To this recipe the only thing I had to do different was use cream of celery soup all I had on hand, another thing i think is that these would have been fantastic even with just frying them the flavor was wonderful, will deffinetly make this one again

What a wonderful recipe. I also sauteed the onion before adding the soup. I baked it initially for 40 min. Great flavor. The sauce was perfect for the brown rice side dish that I made.

Amazing! I did not have any wine, so I doubled the milk to 1 full cup. My husband LOVED this dish and had it for lunch the next day. He wants me to make it again... TONIGHT! Definitely the best pork chops we've ever had!

Very good! Did not have any white wine on hand so I used a blush wine instead. When preparing the sauce, I did as a previous reviewer mentioned and browned a chopped onion in oil. I then poured the soup mixture into the skillet with the onions and simmered it for several minutes before putting it on the porkchops. Delicious!!!

I LOVE this recipe! I did change a few things...I fried the pork chops in the oil until the were nice & crispy, to sear in the juices. I've made this twice - once w/just cream of mushroom, and once w/ golden mushroom & cr. of mushroom, and it is MUCH BETTER w/ the golden mushroom mixed in! It gives it a much richer flavor! In a seperate skillet, I cooked one piece of bacon, then removed to crumble, and sauteed some chopped onion and fresh mushrooms in the bacon grease. (I also added some fresh garlic in the last few minutes of cooking) I crumbled the bacon pieces into the onion/mushroom mixture, and added it to the soup mixture. I believe I reduced the cooking time to 30 or 35 minutes also...these are WONDERFUL!! Serve w/ corn & mashed potatoes for a PERFECT dinner~

My husband liked this dish. I only baked 30 minutes adding the soup mixture halfway through. I found that the chops were cooked well enough at only 30 minutes. I served with mashed potatoes and used the extra sauce as a gravy. Yes, there were a lot of dishes and that was the worst part but I will make this one again.

My family really enjoyed this, including my picky 5 year old. I rubbed the chops with the garlic and salt before dipping in the egg. I fried it until good and brown, then I baked for 20 minutes covered, added the soup and baked for 15 more minutes (still covered)then I took off the foil and baked 10 minutes more. Came out very tender. I used center cut boneless pork chops. What a great recipe. It will be great on a cold winter night.

This is the second time making this dish, I have to say this is the best way to make chops! My husband who normally hates pork chops because they are usually dry loves them even my picky son cleaned his plate. The only thing I added was cayenne pepper to the flour to give it a zing ! Thanks for the recipe!!!

I think the bake time should vary by how long you brown the pork chops and how thick they are. I think I over cooked them. It had a good flavor but they were a little dry. I may try it again and change a few things.

This recipe makes fork-tender pork chops that are out of this world, however the gravy is lacking a bit. I will make this again, but I will try a different gravy next time. Maybe take the advice of some of the reviews and add garlic and fresh mushrooms to the gravy.

Just lovely! I made as is with a side of potatoes and was very satisfied, this was just what I was looking for to enhance a plain pork chop! I couldn't find golden mushroom, but if I do I will definitely give it a try. I love the sauce as is though. Thanks for sharing :)

Very scrumptious and hearty. Husband loved it. I had ALMOST everything in the kitchen to make it(just missing white wine but a quick trip to the store resolved this) I did READ AHEAD and doubled up the sauce and VERY GLAD i did cause we were needing more for the potatoes i made for them. I cooked for 25/25 and it was very tender I cant imagine cooking for an HOUR and a HALF! Will cook again!!!!!

Simple and delish! HOWEVER - browned the pork well and then only cooked total of 40 minutes adding soup half way through. Came out perfectly!

Just made it tonight and even my picky 4 year old had seconds. Kept the recipe as is EXCEPT I sauteed some mushrooms with a little bit of pepper in the same pan as the porkchops(when they came out--left the little bits of crust in the pan)and added it to the sauce. Also I only cooked for 1 hour--pouring the soup mixture on after 30 minutes. That was MORE then enough time. I'm not sure what would have happened had I left them in there another 30 minutes.

I had some pork chops in the fridge that I had NO idea what I would do with them. I was tired of the old ketchup-on-top that I had grown up with, so I went looking for an easy recipe that I had all the ingredients for already. I will never make pork chops any other way! This is AMAZING! Tender pork chops, and the breading adds great flavor! I passed this recipe on to my mother, and once she made it for my father, he always asks for it!
