Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a small baking dish, mix the pineapple with juice, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, and tapioca.
  3. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until set.
