I love Taste of Home recipes, and I love when subscribers are also able to comment on recipes we try. I can't believe how simple this recipe was to make. The only thing I changed was switching from Perch to Grouper. Definately a great recipe. I served this with steamed squash, zucchini, and julienned carrots that had a drizzle of butter, and sauteed garlic. What a fantastic recipe. Hubby mentioned, that next time "Cook more" there wasn't enough!
