I just tried this recipe on my family tonight. It was a little too bland for our taste, but all in all a great substitute for actually frying the fish.

This recipe did not have enough bread crumbs compared to paprika. It was not crispy at all and my children wouldn't eat it. Fortunately, I had a sauce my husband and I ate with it to make it bearable.

My family went crazy for this fish! It was so good; brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.Even my picky teenage son couldn't stop eating it.Next time I'll make more than 1 pound - maybe 2 pounds :)

I'm not a fan of fish but I thought this was delicious. I didn't use paprika because I didnt have any, but I did sprinkle some Tony Chachere's seasoning to give it a little kick. Will definetly make again.

This recipe is pretty good, especially since you dont have to fry it. Just something different. You cant eat to much though, it is kinda rich.

I love Taste of Home recipes, and I love when subscribers are also able to comment on recipes we try. I can't believe how simple this recipe was to make. The only thing I changed was switching from Perch to Grouper. Definately a great recipe. I served this with steamed squash, zucchini, and julienned carrots that had a drizzle of butter, and sauteed garlic. What a fantastic recipe. Hubby mentioned, that next time "Cook more" there wasn't enough!

This was great and so easy, made with ingredients I keep on hand. I added a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Spicy for some added flavor per the pervious reviewer and I think it needed it. I will make this again. Even my 3 year old liked it.

My husband and I both enjoyed this fish but my two boys (3 & 5) did not care for it. I added some South African Peri Peri rub to add some zing but other than that followed the recipe. Oh...we had to bake it longer and put the broiler on for a few minutes at the end.

This was delicious! The fish was really light and delicate. The crust was tasty, but could have had a little more kick to it. Maybe next time I will add some kind of pepper or lemon to the crust. I also added a little more parmesan than called for in the recipe. I will make this again! Thanks!
