This was absolutely delicious, a real hit with my hubby. I did follow some other reviewers advice and added a bit of garlic powder to the flour mixture. I agree that the flour mixture may be too little, so if your chicken breasts are large, I would suggest you double the mixture. I made three HUGE chicken breasts and they were done in about 55 minutes, so I do think the time will vary. These were juicy, very tasty, very easy and they looked amazing!
