I really enjoyed this recipe. It was simple to prepare and I had everything on hand. I used good-quality shredded parm which really added to the flavor and looks of the dish. I cut the recipe in half and the proportions were perfect (put any leftover flour/cheese mixture on top of the chicken in the baking dish). I pounded my chicken a little bit and only had to bake for 35 minutes. The chicken was so tender and yummy. Served with Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes, Caesar salad, and corn on the cob.

This is really tasty, and easy to make. I don't think I changed anything, except to make more of the batter.

This was very tasty and easy! My picky hubby loved it. It could use maybe just a bit more spice - I will maybe add some garlic salt next time.

There's only one word to describe this dish...WOW! I followed the directions as written and it turned out beautiful. I used freshly grated parmesan, and the only thing I did diffrently was to grate a little extra on top of the chicken right before baking. My husband and I were absolutely speechless over this delicious dish! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Wow. My whole family loved this. My normally picky son ate seconds. I added garlic per other reviews, but no other changes.

Fantastic recipe! The only change I made was adding garlic powder and italian seasonings to the coating mix. It came out of the oven moist and delicious after about 45 minutes. I was asked to make this one again! Thanks a lot!

This is one that lives in our hall of fame. Hubby LOVED it and even asked for it again for the next week. It's not as messy as the directions sound like it would be, and it was totally worth the minimal effort. :)

I made this for dinner last night, and my husband and I loved it. I cut the recipe in half since I was only making two chicken breasts. I added garlic powder to the flour mixture like other viewers suggested. I baked the chicken for 1 hour, and it came out so moist. This will be a favorite recipe in my house.

This was absolutely delicious, a real hit with my hubby. I did follow some other reviewers advice and added a bit of garlic powder to the flour mixture. I agree that the flour mixture may be too little, so if your chicken breasts are large, I would suggest you double the mixture. I made three HUGE chicken breasts and they were done in about 55 minutes, so I do think the time will vary. These were juicy, very tasty, very easy and they looked amazing! The crust browns nicely in the oven. Thanks, Renae, for a wonderful recipe!
