I made a few small modifications based off of some of the reviews saying it was a bit bland. Along with the lemon pepper seasoning I added a dash of Cajun seasoning and then I also added thyme and minced garlic to the veggie mix. Added some shredded parmesan cheese instead of the grated and omitted the butter all together.

This was fantastic. I opted out of mushrooms since I am not a fan. But the dish was delicious and healty. Love the idea of adding orange juice to the butter. Gave it a great flavor.

With the lemon pepper seasoning, I left out the salt. I had colored bell peppers, so I used those. Topped with some pepperjack cheese instead of Parmesan. Also, I would recommend olive oil instead of the butter.

This was very tasty! I used the lemon juice instead of orange juice as well. My husband thought it was tasty as well! I will be making this dish again!

This was awesome! I made a few alterations, that I read from other comments. I omitted the tomatoes, green peepers and butter. I added julienned yellow zucchini, red peppers, minced garlic and fresh thymes. I also used lemon juice instead of OJ. I prepared all the veggies (added more than a 1/4 cup of each veggie) and marinated with lemon juice, a little olive oil and the thyme for about an hour. I sprayed the dish with a little Pam; I don’t think I needed to do that, I guess it depends on kind of fish you use. I served it with couscous and green beans.

This was the best fish I have ever made. I used cod fish and salmon and followed the recipe closely. The only changes I made was that I used lemon juice instead of oj because I didn't have any oj. I also had no green onion so I had used some yellow onion. I also didn't measure very accurately but got the general theme correct. I served it with steamed asparagus. Again, this was the bestest(if there is such a word) fish I have ever made! Thank you Shannon.

Wonderful. We make this all of the time. You really do not even need the cheese if you want to cut some calories.
