Excellant! Low in fat and the whole family enjoyed it. Needs to cook longer than 10 minutes though, although probably depends on thickness.I did not cover it when baking.

I thought it was tasty, but was a bit bland for my liking. Unfortunately, my kids wouldn't eat it at all. Perhaps if I added additional spices???

this is so good! next time i make it i will cut back on the salt. the cheeses have enough salt in them so that unless you are crazy for salty food you might want to cut back the first time you make this.

I thought that this was a good recipe and a simple way to cook fish (something I'd never tried before). The seasoning was good, and it was even better with lots of fresh lemon.

This is a great recipe. My boyfriend especially liked it. I used "better than fresh" frozen orange roughy

I didnt have any breadcrumbs so I smashed up some Ritz crackers & mixed in Italian seasoning, I shouldnt have ground the crackers so fine as the whole dish came out a little mushy, as others have stated. The taste was amazing but the texture was off, maybe I'll go without the cheese for the baking portion and then grate some cheese & broil for 2 minutes.

I have made this several times, it is so easy and satisfying. The only thing I do different is that I don't add very much grated cheese to the bread crumbs. Instead, I sprinkle some fresh shredded parmesan on the fillets about halfway through baking. The cheese is melted but also kinda of crunchy, adding a nice taste and texture. I'll be trying this one on my boyfriend who hates seafood but wants to start eating it for health reasons, I bet he'll be pleasantly surprised.

What a great recipe for orange roughy! We both loved it, although next time I am going to reduce the amount of Romano cheese slightly (just a little too overpowering on the cheese side) This is now one of my favorite recipes!

This recipe was similar to chicken parmesan but with fish. It was very easy and inexspensive. I did use grouper instead because it was cheaper at the time and I soaked it in milk first. I used a parmesan blend that already had romano in it. It took a little over 15 minutes and served it with cous cous.

This recipe is wonderful! I'm not a big fish person, but my husband is, so I'm constantly looking for fish recipes that I too will enjoy. I used Tilapia instead of Orange Roughy, and it turned out great! It has great flavor, though not too fishy, and is low fat since it's baked. Even my two year old eats it right up!

This melted in my mouth. When I first tasted it, I almost couldn't believe that I made it! How could little ole me make something that tasted like a restaurant dish?? I did follow the advise of several others and soaked the roughy in milk first to get rid of the fishy smell. Worked like a charm. My grocer said that Grouper is a good substitute for roughy; less expensive with a better flavor, so next time I may try that. The only thing I would do different is cook it a little longer. My boyfriend said it was a little undercooked but it was fine for me. Other than that, fabulous!
