This was my first time eating orange roughy, and it was wonderful!! I skipped the butter and squirted the fish with lemon juice instead. That way the breading stuck anyways, and I loved the lemony flavor. Wonderful recipe, I will be making this again soon!!

What isn't better with parm? Works well with any mild white fish (tilapia, for instance).

I thought this was a good recipe to top fish off, but next time I will use a different fish, perhaps tilapia.

Very very good. make sure fish is not too wet when you put it in the dish to bake...other than that, yum.

Great recipe! Fish turned out perfect and I didn't have any parsley. Great flavor and a little crunchy on top! Husband loved it, will make again and again :)

AWESOME! This tasted like a fancy dinner from a restaurant and the presentation is lovely! I served it with a strawberry spinach salad and rice pilaf- we will be making this again-very soon!!! My kids and my hubby all went for seconds... no left overs for the next day! Easy to make too...

FANTASTIC!!! I substituted walleye with the skin on for the orange roughy since it's what I had on hand. Kept everything else the same, baked an extra five minutes- can't wait to make again!

Really, really good! Crust wasn't too crispy but with more butter/olive oil, it might be.

This is a great recipe. I have used it with several white fish, and it always tastes good. I sometimes add a little more cheese, but just because we like it. A great match with steamed asparagus. This made it into our family recipe book as is--it's great!

This was super easy and everyone really loved it! I sprinkled some fresh grated cheese on top as well. I also added a few pinches of mrs. dash herbs to the bread crumb mix as well. they ate every bit!

Great recipe! I used 2 beaten eggs to coat the fish instead of butter. I sprayed the dish with Pam, sprinkled a thin layer of the cheese, then topped it with garlic powder + salt + pepper. The fish was placed on top of all that, then sprinkled with more cheese, garlic powder, salt + pepper, and topped off with the parsley. The dish came out very moist and the extra cheese on the side of the pan gave the outer ring of the fish a nice crisp layer.

Used Garlic and Herb bread crumbs instead and it had good flavor but was a little too rich for me, but the bf loved it. Had with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Next time will try with the right bread crumbs and maybe less romano cheese.
