I love this stuff! I can't actually make it that often because I go through it way too fast. It's great right out of the oven, but also at room temperature or even cold. I put together a half-recipe last night and popped it in the oven on my way to the bathroom this morning. By the time I finished my shower, my apartment smelled like cinnamon and I had breakfast -- and dessert for after lunch and dinner! I love spooning a little yogurt over the top: vanilla is good, and so is plain yogurt mixed with maple syrup.
variations: I didn't add the topping, because I think it's plenty sweet without it. I used about half white sugar and half brown, and also added about half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a quarter-teaspoon of nutmeg.
