I subbed olive oil for butter, used 1/2 plain breadcrumbs 1/2 panko, added lemon pepper seasoning, and upped the garlic to two cloves. Works GREAT on a rosting rack. The chicken breasts I used were rather large, and even cut into thirds needed closer to 35 minutes. Leftovers might be a bit soggy, so I'll probably eat cold tomorrow. Will repeat this one!

4 stars because my husband was very happy with this. Like others, I found it mushy, even after baking at higher temp on top rack. My daughter found it too lemony. I probably won't make again simply because there are better baked chicken recipes out there.

I just made this dish and it came out GREAT! I cut my chickens in half (thinner slice) and used Olive oil instead of butter and 'wheat' bread crumbs! it came out very yummy! I saved the recipe for future use!

great, tasty and very easy-to-make dish! chicken comes out amazingly juicy and tender. like it was mentioned before by someone, it's better to marinate chicken in lemon/garlic mixture for some time before baking and I also used olive oil instead of butter. Thanks much, it's my new favorite!

Good recipe but I beat the chicken thin and fried it in olive oil instead of baking. Was faster and crispier.

I was expecting a bit more lemon-y.. almost tasted like 'regular' chicken to me. still very good though, it has a nice subtle flavor.
