I made this last week and it was delicious. I love the flavor as did the family. I wish the coating was more of a crunchy texture but nonetheless, it was great. I think next time I will put the chicken in a hot oiled skillet for a couple minutes on each side and then bake it the rest of the way. Try this one, it's pretty simple. Also, I used bottled lemon juice and when done cooking, I drizzled a little more on each piece. Bon Apetite

I made this last night for a couple of my friends and loved it. I added a little more garlic than was called for, but we all love garlic so it wasn't a big deal. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I really enjoyed this recipe I did add one more garlic clove and a bit more lemon juice it was great! However I did not have enough time to bake the chicken so I thought it would turn out the same on the stove with some PAM boy was I wrong,it was soggy and when I turned the chicken over to cook on the opposite side it peeled off all the breading!! Next time I will definately invest the time in baking or adding some flour to the breading to make it stick.

This was very good. Followed the directions except used thin cut chicken breasts. Didn't come out crunchy, but it was still very tasty. Whole family-4 year old and 2 year old included- loved it. Next time I think I'd make more of the lemon/butter mixture. It turn out as lemony as I would have liked. Still was very good. Will be making it again.

This recipe couldn't be easier or more pleasing to the tastebuds! The lemon was not overpowering and the garlic was the perfect addition. I served with buttered egg noodles, but next time I will be sure to set aside some of the lemon liquid to add to the noodles. This will become a favorite dish for sure!

This was really easy to make and the flavor was great- everyone really enjoyed it. Perfect lemon flavor and the chicken was moist. Served with creamed new potatoes and peas and steamed broccoli.

My family loved this chicken, it came out very moist. Even the picky eaters could find nothing to complain about. The only thing I did differently with this was I added a little bit of honey to the liquid mixture. I also put the leftover liquid into the mashed potatoes we had with it. I didn't have any leftovers to put away last night.

This was/is a very easy and tasty recipe, I did use some items differently...to make the chicken crispier I used plain PANKO bread crumbs (these are Japanese style bread crumbs) and added my own seasonings, like onion power, italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon pepper and the zest of 1 lemon finely minced and mixed all this into the breading...Now for the wet ingrediants, I added more lemon juice and finely minced lemon zest. After the chicken baked (I use boneless/skinless chicken thighs) I also placed slices of lemon for my family to add onto the chicken after it's out of the oven, and it is very, very good, my husband can't stop eating it!! For me and my family, this is a keeper!! I make at least 3x a month.

I really enjoyed the lemon flavor. Turned up the heat and time the chicken spent in the oven to make sure the breading wasn't soggy.

This was flavorful, moist chicken but not very lemony. Next time I make I will add some lemon zest and see if that helps bring out the lemon flavor.

I would have liked this but mine came out too soggy...Any suggestions on how to make crispier/crunchier would be great! *** Update*** I recently made this again with the suggestion to bake on a rack. I also mixed the breadcrumbs with some panko...it was so much better! I loved it and so did the family. Thanks for the help!

This recipe is delicious! The first time I made it, I followed the recipe exactly. The second time, however, I doubled the lemon/butter mixture and also added about 2 T. of honey. This is what made it perfect for me. :]Also, the bread crumbs I had were Italian flavored. My husband says it's his new favorite. Thanks so much for sharing!
