Sooo tasty! Mine didn't turn out crispy and I don't know that it is supposed to. The breading was soft and flavorful. I added a little extra lemon juice. My family loved it! Served it with cheddar mashed potatoes and sauteed summer squash.

Turned out very well and was extremely quick and easy. I squeezed fresh lemons for the juice so there was no problem with the flavor. I didnt drizzle the extra butter on top and I put it under the broiler for the last 10 min. Didn't turn out soggy at all. Will definitely make again.

Wonderful recipe. I enjoy garlic, so I added 4 more cloves to the butter mixture. It was a smashing success with my guests. Side note: Fantastic with an Israeli salad.

Thank you! Used RIO review suggestions and it was fabulous. Used skinless, boneless chicken wings!

This recipe was surprisingly easy and delicious! The lemon did not overwhelm the chicken. The meat was moist and was really good cold too!

This is a nice, easy recipe. I used panko instead of regular bread crumbs (to make it extra crispy and crunchy) and mixed in a small amount of parmesan and Italian seasoning (to add a little more flavor and depth to the breading). I also used garlic powder instead of a garlic clove and extra lemon juice. The only change I would make next time would be to use an egg instead of butter. I think this will give the bread crumbs more sticking power, both before and after baking.

We loved this chicken. Even my three 7 year olds gave it 2 thumbs up.....and that rarely happens. I added fresh grated parmesan to the bread crumbs. Perfect leftover too!

Holy cow! This is a great recipe! My husband loved it. I doubled the lemon and butter and cooked at a little higher temperature to brown it a bit. It was wonderful and tender. My husband said, "this is a repeat dish"!

This was very good and easy. I used boneless skinless tenderloins and they came out perfect. I even poured the rest of the butter mixture and it did not get soggy at all. Definitely an easy and tasty recipe for a busy night.

to the reviewer with "soggy" results- put more space bnetween the chicken pieces in the pan- it sounds like either it was crowded or you used too small pieces- . I placed mine on a cooling rack, then over a broiler pan, whick helps the bottom get get crunchy. good luck!!

I doubled the butter and lemon, but otherwise followed to the letter. Next time I won't drizzle the butter mixture on before baking or fry a little first. They came out way to soggy, but the my husband and I thought the flavor was very good. Kids didn't like though.

I loved the flavor of this chicken, but like one of the other viewers mine came out a bit soggy. I will definately make this again though but next time maybe try frying it a few minutes first. It tastes awesome though!!! :D

I made this for dinner tonight. It was easy after a busy day,and easy with three active children running around to make. The flavor was awesome and the chicken was moist. I got compliments from everyone at the table. Even my pickiest eater, my five year, old ate every bite. Definitely try this one, it's a hit!

Yummy! I used the juice of one lemon. Who has time to measure?! I also used 3/4 crushed ritz and 1/4 bread crumbs for the coating. Two cloves garlic. I used thin sliced breasts, cooked at 400 for 25 minutes. Nice and crispy, but not dry. This is a good easy weeknight meal.

Really Good. I made it at midnight and forgot the garlic and it was still good! I used Panko and it complimented the light flavors well. I'm going to try it with 2TB of honey next time.

This was good, but not lemony enough. My boyfriend loved it, but next time I'll use more lemon. I didn't pour the remainder of the butter sauce over the chicken after I breaded it for the fear it would be soggy. It wasn't soggy at all. I will be making this again.
