I pounded my chicken breasts, used plain bread crumbs(all I had) seasoned with poultry seasoning. Broiled top towards end of cooking time to crisp. I loved it- husband thought too lemony-will try with OJ,wine or broth.

Good. The lemon juice made it have a nice flavor. I left my breast in for 40 minutes because the time listed wasn't enough for it to cook thoroughly. I will make this again.

i always try to make each recipe as "healthy" as possible so i substituted the butter for olive oil and only used 1 TBSP. i added extra lemon juice and also used lemon zest. i marinated the chicken in the wet mixture for about 1/2hr then coated w/ hm made seasoned bread crumbs. the chicken still came out crispy on top w/ a great lemon taste. my b/f really liked how light tasting and guilty free this recipe was.

This had great flavor, but was soggy. I used Panko instead of regular bread crumbs, but I don't think that would've effected the crispiness of the chicken. Maybe I'll try pan frying it next time...

This chicken was delicious and easy to make. I added a little bit of parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs and it was very tasty. I went with the suggestion to serve with mashed potatoes and I think this really made a great meal.

We upped the oven temp (400F for 20 minutes), and the coating came out nice and crunchy. But the flavor was kind of boring. Maybe marinate the chicken the lemon juice + oil for a while before breading?

Fab chicken! I used 2 whole lemons as I like alot of flavor and it was delicious. It is not supposed to be crispy like some of the reviews said. It was a huge it and is healthy and flavorful! (and pretty easy). My one year old even loves it

This is so good and asked for all the time! I changed it a bit, I used unseasoned bread crumbs and seasoned it myself, I used more lemon juice, and put some lemon zest in the wet mixture. I love it and make it often.

Perfect! I only made 1 change to this recipe.. I added extra fresh garlic. On instructions- I did not have any left over butter mixture to pour over chicken. Because I did not pour butter over chicken before putting in oven it came out nice and crispy and just beautiful. So happy with this and will make again. Simple, easy, delicious!

very good! I made this for dinner, and everyone liked it! I had a whole chicken breast and it wasn't boneless, so I just boiled the whole breast and went on from there. turned out good.

This recipe is SO good! I marinated the chicken in the lemon juice mixture for a couple hours and used EVOO instead of butter. YUM!

This was so easy and tangy and delicious! I only made two chicken breasts but used the same amount of marinade, and it turned out perfectly. I think I would double the marinade mixture for 4 pieces. I served it with rice and asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and it was an awesome weeknight dinner. Hubby loved it, too! Definiteley a keeper.

This recipe was so easy to make and very flavorful. However, it did end up a bit soggy following the recipe exactly so I will tweak it a littl next time. I love the garlic, but my husband isn't a big fan. I would use less if you don't like garlic lemon chicken, which is what this could be called.

This is my first time ever rating a recipe on line. I had extremely low expectations, but this was FAN-tastic! Due to the preferences of my guests, I made two versions, one with NO garlic and the other with 2 cloves and both versions were a big hit!!! I also used plain breadcrumbs. Making this recipe reminded me of what I loved about playing in the sandbox as a youngster. Speaking of youngsters, unfortunately, our toddlers didn't like it, but I know they will come 'round!!!

AMAZING! I doubled the garlic and instead of using prepared breadcrumbs I made my own with Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Entertainment Crackers. Juicy, tasty & fast.

This was absolutely delicious! I made this for my family this evening and they loved it. The one thing that i did was every 5-8 minutes i squeezed fresh lemon on the chicken, it really made all of the flavors lock in. Thank you for this recipie =]

So simple and quick to make, it's nearly idiot-proof. If in doubt, I always err on the side of making a little extra butter mixture to drizzle on top of the chicken. (I had too much chicken once but not enough butter. Turned out dry.) Fresh lemon juice is best, of course. Also, if I only have regular bread crumbs on hand, I just add a few dashes of salt, pepper, paprika, parmesan cheese and parsley to make my own "seasoned" bread crumbs.

This tasted like a baked chicken piccata. I will definitely make this again. The chicken does need to be pounded, and you should use smaller breasts. I topped each breast with a slice of fresh lemon. Very easy for a beginner.

This recipe was great! The lemon flavor was light and tasty - a perfect summer meal and super easy after a long day at work. I also broiled it for the last 10 minutes to ensure it came out crispy. Delicious!

This has become one of our staple meals! I LOVE THIS RECIPE! It's so flavorful and extremely easy. The lemon flavor is just strong enough, and the chicken is always juicy. I never pour the sauce over the chicken because I'm afraid of making it too mushy. I always serve this with steamed asparagus and baked new potatoes. It's delicious.
