Delicious! I didn't pour the remaining mixture over the chicken, but i did squeeze half of a lemon on top and broiled the chicken the last 10 minutes to make it extra crispy. Great recipe, definitely a keeper.

The best!! I am always afraid that I will undercook chicken so I never make it. However this came out PERFECT and tender! I used crushed reduced fat Ritz crackers and it came out wonderful. My 4 year old son ate 3 pieces!!

I made this the other night with rice and it was delicious! The only tweaking I did was to add an extra clove of garlic and top it with some Parmesan cheese. My hubby (who is the real cook in the family) thought it was great.

I made this recipe on a whim because I saw that I had everything it called for in my kitchen. It was so easy to make and tasted really really good. The only change I will make next time is that I will cut the salt by half. The seasoned bread crumbs already have salt in them so I think its unessary to add so much more salt. But that's just me. I like to cook with very little salt.

This turned out perfectly. The only modifications (and I am one of those people who ALWAYS modifies a recipe) from the original were that I sliced one very large breast horizontally into two thinner pieces, and the last five minutes I sprinkled on parmesan and turned the oven to the broiler setting.

We love this recipe! I can eat the leftovers straight from the fridge. I make it as written except that I bake it on a shallow stoneware barpan. I see no need for making it more complicated. If you make extra sauce it will be more soggy and the flavor is too much for my children. Seriously, make it as written. It's fast, easy and delicious.

This recipe was delicious! I followed the instructions of several comments - added some lemon juice in the middle of cooking and did a broil at the end! Thanks!

FANTASTIC RECIPE! I often cook for a 17 year old who is extremely picky and only likes chicken. He LOVED this! I cooked it according to the directions stated above, and I will cook this many more times to come! It's THAT good!

I loved this! The chicken was so tender and fragrant- my whole family really enjoyed it. I broiled it for the last ten minutes in order to get it a bit crispier, and squeezed some fresh lemon juice on top while it baked.

This was easy and pretty good. I made it exactly as the recipe said and I thought it could have used some more spice. Next time I will also try to crisp it up somehow, but it still wasn't really soggy as is.

Delicious! After reading the reviews, I pounded and sliced the chicken. I doubled the lemon juice and garlic. Also, I cooked it a little longer and broiled for 5 minutes at the end. Definitely one of our new favorites!

This Chicken was great. I covered my chicken with Kellogg's corn Flake Crumbs instead of the bread crumbs and I added an egg to the mixture I dipped the chicken. The lemon flavor wasn't over-powering, just enough to say, "WOW, like that lemon flavor." I also make a lemon butter sauce to be served with the chicken. This one I highly recommend.

This was pretty good, but a little too mushy of a coating (even though I put it in the broiler for the last 5 min of cooking time). The taste was nice though.

I was hoping for leftover chicken to eat cold the next day at work-maybe next time, it was too good, my family gobbled it up immediately. Make extra if you plan on leftovers. We will be making this again and again!

Fairly good...my 3 year old loved it. Do not add honey as one of the previous suggestions makes. It tastes like cold medicine.

We had a butter festival yesterday and this was the star attraction. I added more garlic and lemon juice. Served with fettucine alfredo, steamed zucc, and a pinot grigio.
