Very good & super easy. I used twice as much lemon juice and added some poultry seasoning and Cajun seasoning too - let breasts marinate in this about an hour before I baked them. Sauted 3 cloves garlic with mushrooms, and added the whole can of chicken broth, plus some red pepper flakes, 1/4 c lemon juice and a splash of white wine. After it thickened, I put the baked chicken in the sauce to warm and simmer for about 10 min. Served all over white rice. Nice change from the norm.
