Delicious! I took the advice of others and mixed a little chicken stock with white wine for the sauce. Used Wondra to thicken it up. I also browned in a little EVOO and then stuck it in the oven for about 20-25 min...came out so good!

We served this over brown rice with a side of brocolli. It was easy and quick to make and was delicious. We'll definitely be eating this again

This was very good. The only reason I gave it a four was because the lemon didn't really stand out.

Added salt and pepper. This was good but didn't wow me enough to make again.

i followed reviewers advice and went easy on the lemon. Unfortunately, I think that was a mistake because it was very bland. It tasted like I baked the chicken with a can of mushroom soup. Wouldn't make again....

Pretty unspectacular recipe. I did sear the chicken breasts and finished them in the oven which kept them nice and juicy. Used wine/broth mixture instead of just broth. If I use recipe again I will certainly add some herbs -- probably rosemary. This really didn't have much flavor.

Very good recipe. I used half chicken broth/half wine. I doubled the sauce and put it over fettucine.

Very good! I cooked the chicken in a skillet before baking as suggested by other reviewers. This brought my baking time down to about 18-20mins. Mushroom sauce was excellent! Also doubled sauce as suggested. Will definately make again.

Takes a little bit of time and precision to correctly cook, but its pretty easy if you know what youre doing. I am a relatively new cook, and I have cooked this successfully three or four times. Very tasty too, and good for leftovers.

This was delicious! The chicken came out great and the mushroom sauce was very tasty. I did what some other reviewers suggested and added some chopped garlic I also added some chopped green onions. This was a very good recipe.

This was excellent! I took the others' advice about searing my chicken breast on a pan first (it looks better when served and also makes the chicken crisp on the outside and juicy in the inside) before baking it. I also added white wine to the sauce and it was divine. My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. I served it with roasted potatoes and steamed green beans.

I marinated the chicken in lemon juice and olive oil for about an hour before cooking in the skillet as suggested by other reviewers. It turned out wonderful. I also added 1 whole cup of chicken broth which yielded a nice amount of sauce for the chicken. I'm sure a quarter cup as stated in the recipe would have been too little.

Very very yummy. This makes the best tasting chicken! I add white wine along with the chicken both. If I have scallops, I'll add them too!!

This is really good!! The only change I made was to do half broth, half white wine. I also did the updated version of skillet cooking the chicken. Wow, wow, wow!! Thank you!

This was very good. I took the suggestion and instead of putting it in the oven, I just cooked it in a skillet. Also didn't have lemons, so I just used lemon juice and also sprinkled Lemon Pepper seasoning. I used a whole can of Chicken Broth, so I could have more gravy. Turned out great-- my whole family enjoyed this recipe. Thanks sooo much for sharing :>)
