Seasoned chicken breasts are wrapped in foil, and cooked in a coal heated pit. This is a good, simple outdoor recipe if you are tired of beanie weenies and s'mores.

These baked potatoes are covered in a hamburger gravy, and topped with shredded cheese. Use your favorite kind of cheese if you do not care for Cheddar. You can reduce cooking time by baking potatoes in the microwave, but it just isn't the same.

This is a perfect recipe for two, but I also prepare it in large quantities for special occasions when we have dinner guests. One of these potatoes is practically a meal in itself. -Dolores Nemec, Garfield Heights, Ohio

Not your normal every day baked potato. Potatoes are cut into connected slices before being seasoned and baked. I leave the skin on (it gets crispy and yummy), but this can be made with them peeled also.

Kielbasa is cooked on the stovetop with potatoes and onion. This is an old recipe from my grandmother. 'Good Polish-Slovak food!' She would always say. 'Eat more!'
