Delicous! Tasted like real potato chips and it a great way get in some healthy greens while feeling like you are sneaking in potato chips! Only problem I had was some got really done and some not done enough... I think key to avoiding this is making torn pieces approx. same size and not packing them to close together! I will make this again.

This is SO tasty! Kale is one veggie that I should be having this and I just needed an interesting way to have it. This is definitely a must try. Actually, my 2 yr. old ate half of it - I'm off to make another batch :)

These are so good. I am slightly ashamed to say that I nibbled on them while reading and managed to somehow eat the entire batch. *blush* It was like eating potato chips, but with much less guilt.

This was great! I added a small amount of soy sauce for a little extra flavor. I'm very impressed! Thanks for the recipe!

Surprisingly, everyone loved this. The kids especially! I initially had them taste it with their eyes closed so they wouldn't be put off by the appearance. The only thing I did different was to use a canola oil cooking spray to mist the leaves instead of drizzling with olive oil. The texture is much more thin and delicate than potato chips, so it requires a gentle touch.

What a great alternative to potato chips, super healthy and low fat. I have tried them two times now. 1st time seasoned them with sea salt and balsamic vinegar and a bit of pepper. 2nd time used cajun seasoning and salt. Both worked out great and I think you could use just about anything for seasoning. Also cooked at a bit lower heat and mixed them around a couple of times to get more areas crispy.

I did mine for 20-25 minutes at 250. The crisp was easier to control this way. These were awesome, would never have thought so If I didn't try it...

Interesting flavour. Be careful not to overcook. I take them out just as the sides begin to brown.

I have been making this for years and find that I don't need to add salt at all. I think the kale is naturally salty and adding extra can be too much. So for those of you that find it too salty, try none and see what you think!

very tasty. I will make again, but with a few changes. I needed to bake mine longer, at 15 min they were still soggy in the middle. I had to almost go to 23. I will also use less salt. I found them very very salty and i love salt. I appreciate the recipe. It a great, fun way to eat a healthy vegetable that i usually cringe when eating.

This is a very clever recipe. I was a little skeptical at first but the end result turned out really good. I'm trying to be healthy so I made turkey burgers last night and the kale chips were a great substitute for regular greasy potato chips. Thank you very much for posting this recipe!

Very tasty, not one left at the get-together I made these for! They're best when very crispy, I was a little scared to overcook them b/c of other reviews and my first batch wasn't great. When they're not done enough, they're a little bitter but as long as they get crisp enough they're great! I make them all the time when I'm craving a salty snack.

WOW! This was unbelievably good. Even my 2 year old loved them! We used Pam to lighten it up a little and sprinkled a little sea salt over them. I used all my kale making these! Thanks for a great idea!

I found the taste of these to be rather acrid without much flavor beyond the saltiness. It's entirely possible I overbaked them a bit, but they came out matching the description in the recipe, so it's hard to imagine that they'd taste much different slightly less cooked.
