I LOVE these. I first tried them and even though I followed instructions they had burnt - and tasted awful. I didn't make them again for a couple of months. But now to prevent them from burning, I place parchment paper on my cookie sheet and bake at 200F until dried out. They're super tasty!

These were not the greatest. They burned really easily and the flavour wasnt that great. I dont think I will make them again.

These were fantastic!!! I used Olive Oil cooking spray on my cookie sheet, put a single layer of kale leaves and lightly sprayed the top of the kale. Baked at 340 for 9 minutes and they perfect! Sprinkled some salt, onion & garlic powder lightly when just taken out of the oven. This will be made ALL the time in our house!

I love these! They're quick and easy, and very tasty. I snack on them while everyone else is eating chips and popcorn and it takes care of my "need to crunch something." I make these kale chips all the time now. Thanks for a great recipe!

These turned out so much better than I anticipated. I'm very excited to have such an easy and delicious way to prepare Kale. I'll be eating a lot more of this nutritious veggie :)

These were delicious! Watch closely when baking - I had a smallish batch so they only took ten minutes. The only suggestion I have would be to salt them either before or after they're done, right out of the oven. Mine came out too salty, so next time I'll skip salting them before baking, as I like the flavor of things salted at the end of cooking. They're meant to be served relatively quickly, too, as others have mentioned. Very tasty snack!

The first time i made these my son (13 months) went nuts over them and I make them ever other week now. They are super easy and I even got my husband to eat them (he doesn't like Kale...supposedly) My mother in law tried them and went to the store that night so she could make them the next day. Instead of getting the flat kale i get the rippled kind and it makes for a better chip. YUMMO!!!

Fabulous, quick and easy way to eat this superfood! Only make enough to eat right out of the oven. I'm going to try Trocomare (organic leek/celery) salt next time, instead of sea salt, just to compare. These are already one of my favorite snacks and sandwich sides.

Yummy! I took another reviewers suggestion and added some soy sauce. Tossed the kale leaves with the soy, oil and a little salt. It is a great way to get your vegies!

You know, I did not like this recipe much at all. Of course this was my first time trying Kale so I opted for a recipe that seemed very "kid friendly" I'm just thankful I only used 1/2 a bunch so I can continue to experiment with the other half. Thanks for No Thanks on the Kale Chips.

I was skeptical about this recipe, but I wanted a low fat, low cal snacking option, and boy am I glad I gave this recipe a try, these are DELICIOUS. It is very difficult to get the saltiness level correct. I think next time I'll make them with no salt at all and see how they taste. As with other reviewers, I would also say you should eat them right away, they definitely don't keep. But don't hesitate to try this recipe, you won't regret it. Thanks!

This recipe is amazingly good and it's now a favorite! Easy to make; even tough outer leaves are good. Just don't overcrowd the baking pan. Thanks for sharing!

These had a great texture and are a nice healthy alternative. Left a bit of an aftertaste which I wasn't too fond of though.

Tried it once per the original recipe. Now I make these all the time with some changes. I don't use parchment, lower the over to 280, spray them with plain or butter flavored cooking spray, then (and most importantly) grind cashews in a coffee grinder mixed with nutritional yeast, I then generously sprinkle it over the kale. Have also tried it w\ just the yeast which was good also.

Fun and yummy! I had a bag of pre-cut kale, and those pieces are not cut in very even sizes, so I picked out the larger pieces for this. I used a spritzer with olive oil. Also, any pieces with a stem did not work well. Still, I loved this and have a lot of kale left in the bag so I'll be munching on this all week!
