I only baked them for 10 minutes and they were already getting black around the edges, but they were so good.

Neat way to use up kale. Mine was a little too salty though. I went by another review and used soy rather then salt. Maybe that is why. I also sprayed with olive oil mister and didnt have parchment paper so it stuck to the pan. But tasted neat!

Wow....I was understandably skeptical but this was a great way to cook up kale! I used parchment and sprinkled on olive oil and adobo seasoning. I didn't measure anything I just spread the kale til the pan was covered. My husband was as amazed as I was at how yummy the result was!

This was wonderful! Tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with old bay. Baked on one side for 8 min, flipped, and did 7 min on the other side - I didn't use parchment paper. Each "chip" was crispy.

I bought some kale thinking I would try to cook something different and found this recipe onlne. I'm afraid I wasn't really fond of the chips and my husband wouldn't eat more than one. I found them to cook unevenly, some being done while others were still chewy and limp. Not something I'll try again.

Amazing! I made these in 10 minutes. I tore off kale leaves, rinsed, spread on a cookie sheet, sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with smoked sea salt and baked at 375 for 8 minutes (tossing with spatula once). They were the best "chips" I've ever eaten. Thanks for the recipe!

It's tough to make kale into something that just about anyone will eat - but this is it! I baked them without the parchment paper, just because I didn't have any and found that the ones in direct contact with the cookie sheet actually came out tasting closer to potato chips! GREAT recipe! Thanks!!

All I can say is "WOW", love how the crispiness is like well cooked popcorn. I used "canadian steak seasoning". This is an amazing find. Thanks so much for sharing.

This was very yummy! I put a bit too much salt on mine, but it was still pretty good. I would recommend two things; use sea salt for an extra crunch, and if your bunch of kale is kinda big, do two batches! I threw all mine on one baking pan and some came out deliciously chip like while others came out semi-chip like! Spread 'em out so that they all get evenly baked. My husband and I ate the whole pan and he even asked me to make more! I also made some hummus, threw it in a bowl for individual servings and topped it with some of the kale. My husband gobbled it up! Will be making more!!!

I LOVED this idea! I tried it with spinach leaves though and garnished with some sea salt and a bit of garlic powder and they turned out delicious! I will definitely be experimenting more with this.

I LOVE these. I first tried them and even though I followed instructions they had burnt - and tasted awful. I didn't make them again for a couple of months. But now to prevent them from burning, I place parchment paper on my cookie sheet and bake at 200F until dried out. They're super tasty!

These were fantastic!!! I used Olive Oil cooking spray on my cookie sheet, put a single layer of kale leaves and lightly sprayed the top of the kale. Baked at 340 for 9 minutes and they perfect! Sprinkled some salt, onion & garlic powder lightly when just taken out of the oven. This will be made ALL the time in our house!

I love these! They're quick and easy, and very tasty. I snack on them while everyone else is eating chips and popcorn and it takes care of my "need to crunch something." I make these kale chips all the time now. Thanks for a great recipe!
