This is the best chicken marinade I have found. The chicken stays super moist and has tons of flavor! My 5 year old loves it too!!!

I don't cook in the oven very often, it is for me a very expensive way to cook. Also I have to find someone who will go and buy and carry a gas bottle up two flights. The first time I used the micro wave, but must have left it too long. I just rescued the sauce from completely burning. The next, I cooked it on top of the stove (very low flame). OK, but I found it too sweet and couldn't finish it. It's strange, because before cooking, the mustard is predominant, but not after cooking. I am disappointed, because I like this combination. Don't know whether I will make it again, even using less honey.

This is very good for a simple chicken recipe. I used Dijon mustard. Prep time more like 5 to 10 minutes. Husband liked it so well that he asked for it the next week. Don't expect complex flavors; nontheless quite tasty.

The sauce was tasty but the chicken was very dry if cooked as described. If I try it again I will shorten the cooking time and consider thighs instead of breasts.

Made it as suggested. Turned out fantastic. Family loved it. Will be making it again. I did use Dijon mustard, not yellow mustard, after reading some of the comments. It is a fast, and an easy recipe for cooks of all levels of experience.

I have to give four stars because my kids love it. I marinated the chicken overnight in a little bit of the honey mustard mix and we were out of dijon mustard so we only use regular classic yellow mustard. Overall, I think it is OK. Would not mind making it again for them.
