I don't cook in the oven very often, it is for me a very expensive way to cook. Also I have to find someone who will go and buy and carry a gas bottle up two flights. The first time I used the micro wave, but must have left it too long. I just rescued the sauce from completely burning. The next, I cooked it on top of the stove (very low flame). OK, but I found it too sweet and couldn't finish it. It's strange, because before cooking, the mustard is predominant, but not after cooking. I am disappointed, because I like this combination. Don't know whether I will make it again, even using less honey.
