This is a pretty good recipe. I used tilapia instead of halibut, since that was on sale when I made this recipe. That may have made the difference between 4 and 5 stars...tilapia is a very mild fish, and I didn't salt it, so I thought the fish neede some salt when the I tasted the finished dish.
I also made other substitutions, as I decided to use what I had on hand. Instead of the zucchini, I used frozen cauliflower. Instead of fresh basil, I used dried Italian seasoning, and reduced-fat feta cheese. Overall, I thought the substituions worked well, but of course using fresh veggies and seasonings would probably make this dish outstanding :)
