Delicious!!! I put salt and pepper on both sides and drizzled olive oil over the fillets before putting on the lemon slices and used dried dill. Easy and so good.We didn't do the tartar sauce, it was perfect without it. It looked really pretty too!!!

Mindlessly simple and easy. The bed of spinach suggestion with a little butter was amazing. I amended the recipe - with the seasonings I had in my cupboard - filet of wild haddock (so much better - texture, taste, etc), kosher salt, black pepper, lemon pepper and dried cilantro seasoning, small pats of butter for moisture and flavor, fresh parsley and lemon slices on the bed of spinach. I baked for 25 mins should have done like 20 mins as when I checked on it at 15 mins it was still a bit undercooked. But after sitting a while the fish became moist again from the juices. The spinach was amazing! I found I didn't need to make the tartar sauce. It was a complete meal in itself. Leftovers for lunch tommorrow and it does not smell or taste fishy!

Tasty and easy recipe for fish. The tartar sauce recipe is great! I think 30 minutes is a long time to bake the fish, mine was done in about half the time.

I made this recipe without the tartar sauce. I sprayed the bottom of the pan, put a layer of fresh spinach, placed fish on top and sprinkled half with old bay seasoning, and the other half with dill, and added salt and pepper to both. Then I drizzled some butter over all. It baked very nicely and was delicious.

Good recipe. It was missing a little something so I sprinkled fillets with a little kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. It tasted great! Don't bother with the tartar sauce, the fish is flavorful without it.

Great reciept. To avoid the soggy bottom I just put the fish on a cooling rack and set it inside my baking dish. It come out crunchy on both sides, and i squeezed some lemon juice on it before I put it in the oven, thanks so much family loved it.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! It's amazing, the perfect blend of flavours, and it doesn't overpower the fish, I highly recommend it!
