This was SO easy! I've used bread crumb/parm mixture on sliced chicken breast, but never thought to use on fish. The thyme added a nice touch. The baking time was spot on for a moist flaky filet. I served with steamed broccoli, cole slaw, and a slice of fresh rye bread.

This was very boring. I didn't dislike it, but it was nothing special. My local market did not have haddock, so I used tilapia. I probably would not make this again.

This recipe was fantastic! My wife and two children (5&3)loved it. The kids said this was the best haddock they ever had and they eat fish regularly. I used seasoned bread crumbs instead of plain squeezed some fresh lemon onto the fish after it was buttered.

A good, simple way to cook white fish. Good, but nothing spectacular. I used stuffing mix because I didn't have plain breadcrumbs or panko. I'd recommend sticking with the crumbs. Also, I doubled the amount of thyme and added about a teaspoon of garlic power, plus some salt and pepper, to the crumb mixture. And the milk didn't do much to help adhere the crumbs, so I think next time I'll use egg with a splash of milk instead. I used a broiler pan for this, and it cooked perfectly. Broiler pans are wonderful; if you don't have one, they are awesome for baking meat. The juices and fat run into the bottom of the pan, and with this recipe, it helped avoid soggy-bottomed fish. Overall, a great starter recipe.

Fantastic fish dish!! One suggestion for those who aren't big fish lovers: add some more of the cracker/butter topping. At 30 years old, my husband is just starting to enjoy fish. He usually takes a very small amount of fish when I serve it with a meal. However, he actually went back for seconds on this one, and when all was said and done, he probably ate about a half of an entire fillet himself!! I cannot wait to make this for my father (a real seafood enthusiast from Massachusetts).!!!

Amazing! Simple yet delicious. The flavor is so good that noone asked for lemon or tartar sauce... a first in this household. This is now my favorite fish recipe. Thank you!

As a family who eats no fish/seafood of any kind, wanting to be healthier I decided we had to start somewhere. After talking with family and friends I decided to try a haddock recipe. I tried this recipe, my husband and two boys LOVED it...we now have it at least once a week. My oldest son would not have eaten it had I told him it was fish so we call it "Atlantic chicken". Yum!!

My family LOVES this recipe. I never seem to make enough. Make sure to put the fish on a wire rack inside of your pan, otherwise the bottoms get soggy. The fish is always flaky. This recipe is part of our "regulars" Thanks a bunch for sharing it.

My children, age 13 and 2, loved this. In order to avoid the soggy bottoms I melted the butter in the baking dish. This heated up the pan just enough to turn out perfect.

This came out well. I liked the flavors from the parm and butter, but it wasn't too much for the fish. It's a good place to start from. I may try baking it on a rack next time to help make it a little crisper.

Loved this recipe. I always have all the ingredients on hand. Is good with Tilapia too! My PICKY eater ate it and to her it tasted better than fish sticks. Will make soon. It's totally yummy!

My hubby and me liked this recipe. It was tasty and SO easy to throw together. I did add some minced garlic to the melted butter. I used 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs and 1/4 cup plain Panko crumbs for extra a little extra crunch.
