This recipe was quick, easy and yummy. I may add some extra seasoning next time as I thought it needed a little something extra but still worth the 4 stars. I also agree with the other reviews that you MUST use the wire rack.

Ok, its been a while since I posted a comment here, even though I keep using the recipes over and over again. But this time I HAVE TO. This was absolutely great! Few modifications though: added some paprika to milk and salt, let haddock sit in it for about an hour. Added italian seasoning to the breadcrums mix. Put fish on the wire rack in the oven (I honestly think it is a must - no soggy bottom at all!) As a result - completely satisfied and happy hubby (that makes faces every time I propose fish for dinner!)He said "Parmesan makes it". Light crisp on the outside, flavorfull, flaky on the inside! I would cut down on crumbs and parmesan amount next time though - got a lot left over. Thank you very much for the recipe! Will make again for us, will make for guests!

This was very easy and delicious, however, next time I wil use less breadcrumbs, and no butter, will spray with pam instead to give it a more crunchy coating. Will make again!!

I LOVED this recipe! I only had Italian style bread crumbs on hand so I used those! I also forgot to drizzle the butter over the fish but it was very good anyway! I cut the fish into strips so basically made 'Fish Fingers' for my niece and nephew, turned out great! Thanks a lot!

All around a very good recipe. I took some others suggestions by adding parsley to the bread crumbs and squeezing lemon juice over the fish. I also made my own bread crumbs by crushing Saltines with garlic powder, salt and pepper. My husband and I were both pleased with the meal.

I used fresh haddock and followed directions exactly. My husband and I just did not like it. The texture of the fish was perfect but the taste was not impressive. I will stick to the simple way I usually bake it... with melted butter and tarragon on top.

I thought it was delicious and so did my family. I added fresh lemon basil since I had no thyme, some shredded parmasean, and some lemon pepper.

Was looking for a healthier alternative to fried fish, and i found it! Very tasty. I did place the fish on a rack in the pan to help keep the bottoms from getting soggy.

I followed the recipe as is and is was only good. Next time I will salt the fish directly instead of adding to the milk. I will also squeeze some lemon juice onto the fish before baking.

was ok, everyone liked it and it all dissapeared but I thought it definatley need a splash of lemon to jazz it up. Cooked it on the broiler pan sprayed with Pam and it came off the pan easily.

I'd say this about 4 1/2 stars because it is quick and easy, has a good taste as is, and can be easily changed with different spices and such. I love fish and am trying to get away from always going out for seafood dishes and getting away from fried foods. Thanks.

The first dish that all three of my preschoolers unanimously proclaimed their favorite. Give it a full 20 in the oven, though.
