Just did this and Followed more of the reviews using butter with olive oil and flipping the chicken halfway through. my friends and i loved it! used 3 stars because i didn't use the EXACT recipe. used a lot of mrs. dash and more garlic than the recipe called for.

I crushed up garlic and cheese flavored croutons for the bread crumbs. And instead of olive oil, I used italian dressing. It's in the oven now and smells soo good.

So good! I like to use panko bread crumbs. Makes it a little crunchier. The chicken stays really moist and so much flavor!

So good! Needed a little salt. Cut breadcrumb mixture in half, and you'll still probably have too much. But all in all, an easy and delicious dish.

Fantastic! We topped it with a tomato salsa: chopped & seeded tomato, fresh chopped basil, lemon juice, minced garlic & a bit of salt & pepper.

This recipie was fantastic, except instead of the oil I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing and put it in the bread crumbs straight from there. It was delightful, in flavor. I also added oregano, garlic, and some shredded Romano, Parmesan mix to the bread crumbs.

This was good; I read through lots of reviews and decided to increase the spices and garlic since we like things with lots of flavor (and many reviews suggested doing this). With spices doubled, it was very good and I will definitely make it again.
